The unknown feeling
We all had that feeling, that situation of liberty of all the bad emotions and the good emotions when it comes to the thing that you want. That's why we can't call it an emotion. Indeed, it's better than to be called a feeling because it can guarantee the access to our goals. We all had that experience with or without consciousness when we think about something or some desire without giving judgements or showing positive or negative feelings towards it. Even when the thing that you want to get it needs some efforts or some conditions to be in your life then you will do what you are supposed to do without thinking about the good or the bad results, you will be living the steps that will make you reach your desire without letting your mind be so talkative. In fact, the majority of us had experienced this situation of silence without consciousness and for a short period. It's the minority that knows how to use this skill that may last to the end of our lives. In reality,it depends on the level of our understanding of ourselves. This understanding can be translated to observing our thoughts or to having no fear of the past or the future. It's just being here! breathing here, eating here, writing here, reading here and living in the present. I'm not saying that our mind is useless. But it's dangerous to let it control your life because it will attract to you somethings that you don't want to have and we will lose control of our time and our lives. The mind is like a horse: if you control it you will have a great ride and if you don't it will kick you down. It's true that you are the worst enemy of yourself and we can't deny that what separates us from the great, happy and successful people is that take control of each moment of their day. Unfortunately, the meaning of the past or the future exists only in our minds. The past is simply our memories and it doesn't exist, the future doesn't exist either because it's the ability of our minds to imagine some events based in general on the thoughts and the experiences of the past. However, the present is infinite somehow: everything happens in the present. We grow in the present,we learn in the present, the sun is shining in the present, the moonlight exists in the present. The funny is that focusing on time will block our development. Instead, we have to focus on the details that we see everyday, the pets, the nature... because where focus goes energy flows. If we let our minds focus on the thoughts,it will make us lose our daily energy on thinking without making any progress. In fact, true happiness is to enjoy the present without anxious dependance upon the future. Truth is we become trapped in restlessness and discontent when fixating on future goals, desires or expectations.By releasing our craving for future fulfillment we free ourselves from the burden of relying on external sources for happiness. Instead, we immerse ourselves in the current moment and seize its power. At last, we should be convinced that the situation of mind silence and presence is the key to success in this life which makes us able to open the door of our dream life. Then,it won't be no longer just a dream

The Last Tree 🌲. Content Warning.
Once upon a time, in a world where trees had become extinct, there lived a young girl named Lily. She lived in a small, gray city surrounded by concrete buildings and polluted air. The only trees she knew were the ones depicted in old books and paintings, filling her heart with longing and curiosity. Lily had always been drawn to stories of nature, and she couldn't shake off the feeling that something was missing from her life. One day, while exploring the dusty attic of her grandmother's house, she stumbled upon a book titled "The Last Tree." The cover depicted a lush, green forest with a magnificent tree standing tall and proud. Intrigued, Lily opened the book and began to read. The story unfolded before her eyes, taking her on a journey to a time when trees were abundant and cherished. She learned about their vital role in providing clean air, shelter for animals, and beauty to the world. With a newfound determination, Lily set out on a quest to find the last remaining tree. Armed with the knowledge from the book and fueled by her love for nature, she embarked on an adventure that would change her life and the world around her. Leaving the city behind, Lily traveled through desolate landscapes, searching for any signs of life. Her journey was long and challenging, but she persevered, guided by a glimmer of hope that kept her going. Finally, after days of wandering, Lily stumbled upon a hidden oasis. Surrounded by barren land, she discovered a small, fragile sapling struggling to survive. Its leaves were wilted, and its branches drooped, but it was the only tree she had seen in what felt like an eternity. Filled with compassion, Lily carefully nurtured the sapling, providing it with water and sunlight. Day after day, she tended to the tree, showering it with love and care. Gradually, the sapling began to revive, growing stronger and more vibrant with each passing day. News of Lily's discovery spread, and people from all corners of the world flocked to witness the miracle of the last tree. They were awestruck by its beauty and the sense of tranquility it brought to their hearts. Lily's tale of resilience and hope inspired them to take action. Together, they formed a movement to restore the world's lost greenery. They planted seeds, tended to young saplings, and created green spaces amidst the concrete jungles. Slowly but surely, trees began to flourish again, bringing life back to the desolate landscapes. Lily's journey not only revived the world's flora but also rekindled a deeper connection between humans and nature. People began to realize the profound impact of trees on their lives, cherishing their existence and understanding the need to protect them. Years passed, and the world transformed into a greener, more vibrant place. Cities were adorned with parks and gardens, and the air became cleaner and fresher. Lily, now a grown woman, dedicated her life to preserving nature's beauty, sharing her story and inspiring others to take care of the earth. "The Last Tree" became a symbol of hope, reminding everyone of the importance of nurturing and protecting the natural world. It served as a reminder that even in the face of adversity, a single act of love and determination could spark a movement that changes the world. And so, the tale of Lily and the last tree lived on, a testament to the power of resilience, love, and the everlasting beauty of nature.

Weathering the Unpredictable
Denver was bathed in an ethereal glow as the sun set behind the towering Rocky Mountains. Sarah stood at the kitchen window and gazed out at the advancing storm clouds. Because she was all too aware of Denver's erratic nature, she sighed. Sarah had grown accustomed to weathering both the storms in her own life and those outside her home as a single parent.

Fear and anxiety:
The rain fell relentlessly, pounding against the window panes as if pleading to be let in. Lily sat in her dimly lit living room, her eyes fixated on the television screen. The news anchor's voice trembled with concern as he reported on the latest string of extreme weather events.
