INTERNATIONAL PLANNING

WE PLEDGED TO WORK TOGETHER IN AN EFFORT TO EQUALIZE SISTER NATIONS and the populations therein by ending (or lessening) world hunger, battling the effects of "mother nature" and other unavoidable catastrophies. In this latest American Presidential administration there is talk of "battling alien intervention" to Earth's existence. To do any of those efforts prescribed to under such international organizations such as UNITED NATIONS, WORLD NEWS, WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION, INTERNATIONAL PLANNING ASSOCIATION to name a few swore to work together in a humane manner. The divorce from prejudice to accomplish this togetherness did not excuse war acts and terrorism, but left no one nation out for assistance.

TSUNAMI generally occur when the under ocean tectonic plates shift during an earthquake and while sliding one beneath the other causes a rift in the waters above it by sucking waters under along the lower shelf as it slides beneath the upper crust which pushes ocean water in the opposite direction causing a massive wave that crashes onto any land encountered along the way. It can only be detected if early seismic action beneath the ocean is recorded on registers distributed in calculated sites along known plate ridges. It's all too horrific to imagine. The one positive note one it all is that there is an early warning system which if honored, would allow some of the potentially affected population to prepare as best possible. Otherwise, there is no escape.

HURRICANES, TORNADOS and CYCLONES... windstorms over water or over land are addressed by the many NOAA weather alert systems at notable sites which are prone to excessive winds. We heed the alert pitched over radio, television and the internet backed by sirens mounted in those areas susceptible to devastational wind storms. We are alerted usually with at least a few days in advance of the approaching storm, or in the event of a tornado... satellite radar and weather casters announce coming dangers as viewed in approaching squall lines... battling cold and warm air. Other than these, we cn prepare individually by planning safe rooms and storm cellars. Do not overlook COMMUNITY PREPAREDNESS ==>Hurricane Community Safe Rooms versus Combined Tornado and ... (NWI),2 the developed construction plans for small in-residence safe rooms under BOCA CODE REGULATIONS lays out mandated builds and designs for small group and family safety. Other nations have, and should adhere to the same rigorous bulding requirements of material and labor efforts to hold the quality of the standard the were designed to accomplish as relevant to the region of the world for which they were designed.

The recent earthquakes that caused wreckage and loss of life in Turkey and Syria over the past week reminds us of our humane efforts at assembling international regulations for constructing dwellings in earthquake prone areas of materials that will not cause devastating effect on life. This catastrophy affects Mexico and areas of South America evey year. It urges us to heed the known seismic potential along tectonic plates of every region on Earth. ===> When professionals design and construct buildings, they assess how to reduce risks. Besides the international building codes that regulate the design, construction, alteration, and maintenance of new commercial and residential buildings, there are seismic codes.
