Let's say that the power of the sun is about 3.8 x 10^26W, which means that the power of a level 4 civilization is about 263.2 billion times that of the sun.

The advanced civilization that can control such a huge amount of energy, its strength is far beyond human perception, perhaps they have already understood the underlying mechanism of the universe, and may even directly modify the rules of physics, and therefore developed the FTL flight, space leap, mass-energy arbitrary conversion, extraction of vacuum zero-point energy and other cool technology, as long as they want, at any time can create or destroy a galaxy.

The question is, if there is really such a terrifyingly powerful advanced civilization in the universe, then why we have not found their traces?

According to our knowledge of the universe, no force can cause such a large-scale mystery phenomenon in the observable universe, so the "cosmic dark current" has become an unsolved mystery.
