Human activities affecting their own homes

Climate change means long shifts in temperature of weather patterns. The earth climates are changing very rapidly which is affecting our lives physically and emotionally. These patterns play important roles in the world of our ecosystem, and the human depends upon the ecosystem. For example, the changes in climate can affect in food production and animal’s lives which affects in the lives of human beings. Earth climate is dynamic and always changing through different natural cycle, the world is worried about the changes which is occurring today and affecting the life of people. Climate change is one of the biggest issues we are facing of our time, and still, there is some disagreement. Different people opinions are shared such as climate scientists completely agree that climate change is beginning to take place in different regions.

In many instances climate is often confused with weather. Climate means long-term conditions of a region in weather conditions. American association for the advancement of science has also stated,” The scientific evidence is clear global climate change caused by human activities is occurring now, and it is a growing threat to society” which means due to humans’ activities such as: Greenhouse gases, manufacturing goods, deforestation etc. is leading to climate change in different regions. Changes to weather are perhaps the most noticeable effect of climate change for the average person. Due to intense climate change extreme weather are occurring hurricanes, wildfire, more flooding etc.

Scientists have only recently started to worry about the climate changes. There are many hypotheses and speculation about the factors in the process, however there are no strong answer to it. while there are some experts who feels that this is a natural phenomenon and that nothing can be done about it, there are also people who believe that human actions are harmful to the environment and contribute significantly to climate change. People have adapted to the stable climate since the ice age which ended several thousand years ago. A warmer climate can bring changes that can affect our water supplies, agriculture, power and transportation system, the natural environment and even our own health is at risk. There are some changes and unavoidable natural phenomena which we can do nothing about it. For example carbon dioxide can stay in the atmosphere for more than century. So, earth will continue to warm in the future.

During the past times, human activities have released large amount of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. Due to that global warming has really taken effect in the world over the century. Rapid increase in the earth’s average surface temperature over the past years mainly due to greenhouse gases released as people burn fossil fuels and running different factories. Global warming is caused by the climate changes both are interconnect with each other. The gases released in the atmosphere is affecting the protection layers of the earth. Almost 30% of incoming sunlight is reflected back in layer and the rest 70% most is absorbed by the land and ocean, and the rest is absorbed by atmospheric layers. The absorbed solar energy heats our planet. This absorption of heat and light is necessary for the life on earth.

In conclusion, we must take action to control climate change and other effects of global warming. Future increases in earth's temperature would cause the extinction of all life on the planet if the trend continued. The planet will be a safer place to live in if humans help to keep the climatic changes under control.
