Capital Smart City, situated in Pakistan, is a top-of-the-line luxurious residential project. It is the fourth Asian Smart City and Pakistan's first Smart City.

Due to its advanced features, it quickly became one of Pakistan's most sought-after residential societies. It is close to the new Islamabad International Airport on Lahore Islamabad Motorway M-2.

Developers and Owners of CSCI:

Capital Smart City Islamabad was developed in 2000 by Future Holdings Developments in collaboration with Habib Rafiq (Pvt). Habib Rafiq (Pvt) is famous in Pakistan's actual property market. They are the builders of Bahria in Islamabad and DHA in Islamabad. They also created houses societies for their residents within Sargodha Multan in Sahiwal and Sahiwal with the name Royal Orchard Multan and Royal Orchard Sargodha and Royal Orchard Sahiwal.

CSCI All Areas:

Capital Smart society encompasses five thousand Kanal total, which is ten times bigger than University Town's neighbouring society. Capital Smart will be the closest community to Islamabad International Airport. The master plan currently in place is only a draft document that will be expanded in the future. The project will comprise additional parcels of land and several other blocks.

In August, authorities requested the city council to extend the land lease. The Capital Smart City's land for 2020 currently has 88,000 Kanal after the approval of the building in June. It is the largest housing association in its immediate vicinity of it.

Planning Permission, NOC:

The RDA approved the NOC of Capital Smart City Islamabad. It is among the legally-approved housing developments in the region. The society is seeking its NOC to support the revised plans for the expanded blocks. It's likely to be granted soon.

Possession of Overseas Block:

The society is expected to grant the ownership of plots in the overseas block at the beginning of 2020. It is recommended that investors stick to the payment schedule and pay the required installments to avoid delays in controlling and distributing.

Executive Block:

In its launch ceremony, Capital Smart city unveiled the " Executive block" to the public. Capital Smart city briefly described the new building and allowed customers to transfer their plots to Executive Block for a short period.

The person who offered the plots to transformation by officials for a brief period. The 24th of May 2019 was the deadline for acceptance of the applications. After this, 30% of the extra cost comes from the change in the structure or booking of the new block. Anyone who wants to change their plot into an Executive Block will have to pay an additional cost and a 30 percent increase in the price.

General Block:

The society started its bookings by booking the block, which was the primary block. Later, it expanded into different leagues. The association comprises various sizes of commercial and residential plots. The plots vary between 5 Marla and 1 Kanal plot in other blocks.
