The friendship drama

Friends can be the reason for your biggest downfall or your greatest accomplishments.

Everyone wants a ride or die friend who-

* Fixes your life.

*Stays and heals you during your lows , leverage your highs.

* Boosts your self confidence and egos.

* Support you in every possible way- Mentally, financially, physically and more.

Here is the irony , the same people who demand this and more from their friendships do not move their pinky finger for the same. They do not meet their own standard that they expect from their friendships.

So let us assume that a person who is actually capable of doing all this and more is coming forward to do all this in a friendship and does not expect, want or need the mutual efforts from the other side.

These are the people who are the most disrespected of them all and since these people constantly give and don't get anything in return people test their boundaries cruelly.

They are seen as a dumb, naive doormat who is easy to take advantage of not a person who loves them unconditionally.

People are dependent on the advantages they provide yet act like they are above the person who provides these advantages. Then they slowly but surely reduce the persons confidence in themselves and make them feel lifeless.

Any normal person will suffer the after effects of being mistreated and once the people who once had taken advantage of them see this, they don't leave that person alone even after all that they have drained.

They take their high and mighty heads filled to the brim with egos and suddenly become philosophers seeing your situation and advice you in a way that makes you look dumb portraying themselves as your savior.
