The Blossoming Garden Arrangement

As Submitted To The Not Quite There Challenge

Down south, anchoring the Empire State, tall ships arrived, transporting different breakfast teas peacefully serving the world. Javits enjoyed spotlight shining attention illuminating his accomplishments, confirming center stage star behavior success.

Only few blocks, separated the seaport docks from the man-made horticultural haven filled with olive and mango trees. When one walks through the skyscraper, pinstripe jungle shaded paths, juicy nutrients' temptations, invigorate pedestrians, window shopping, and yearning purchase opportunities.

Tending to blooming upkeep, Gracie, whose paid pruning position, financed a secure mansion residency where King Bucks ruled along with his bankable mile high nuggets. These fun recreational duties allowed the garden overseer an escape while beautifying the setting and upon completion, designed ribbon authentic costume crowns, using blossoming buds. Sewn together they made perfect kid essential accessories complementing outfits chosen for a reason.

Crunching numbers, King Bucks kept profitable golden investments polished, tabling worrying agenda items heat full matters, replacing the concerns with debating whether its right shooting bull, hoping a nice, rare steak dinner grills outside.

Getting a call, Javits heard a demanding verbal offer, “go search for tomorrow at the Song Garden, they have many days left in their lives, and need a guiding light during young and restless times, spot new timid female talent, pester the prospect in boss fashion inquiring, ‘why don’t you come out tonight?”

“Got it,” Javits acknowledged putting the pen down, “take selfie with Jessica Shy.”

Strutting uptown Javits entered the indoor floristry complex, selling vendor bartering  knick knack trinkets, sparking excitement throughout the streets, luring tourist interest. Hearing loving hummingbird ensemble lyrical messages, Javits continued the curious adventure feeling overwhelmed, entering the huge structure rivaling his smaller abode.

Watching children dressed in historical themed costumes, reminding innocent student status learners about the past, as they physically rehearsed song and dance routines, assisted Javits assessing the wide screen picture scene,

“King Bucks,” someone shouted, “who is the boss around here?”

Silence beckoned an answer, “Gamka, Gamka is the boss,”

Inspecting the grounds, King Bucks honestly retorted, “whose Gamka?”

“The boss,” an advisor stated, accepting daily mail from the courier.

“This Gamka,” King Bucks investigated, “does he have shiny nuggets? Is he an expert in shooting the bull.”

“Bills, bills, bills,” the advisor repeated, “oh a free lottery contest entry when three magazines receive a subscription request.”

Taking a seat Javits watched the practice, impressed seeing the adolescent’s respectful heritage presentation acknowledging their ancestry, “I hope it still means something,” Javits noted, “it is just very big here, and topical workshop draft ideas, lose charm that invited audiences can embrace when spectators are instructed, ‘bring binoculars’.”

“And now the big finish,” a loud bellowing announcement commanded attention, “in the circus’’ third ring, ‘Vidas and His Valkyrie fly trap.”

Loud explosive special effects invaded introducing two entertaining individuals, “what’s a Valkyrie?” Javits mumbled out loud.

“A female Norse warrior who chooses the battle slain,” an informative youthful orator recited.

“How do you know that?”

“Google.”

Pleasantly, surprised how Valkyrie handled headlining, the choreographed musical composition; Javits applauded, until the florist fiend trap, digested a principal dancer.

“What happened?”

“The fly trap ate the antagonist who was picking all the fights instigating wars,” the boy explained.

“How do you know that?”

“Artificial Intelligence,” admitted the child, completing his cotton candy disappearing act.

Later, following not being able to obtain a Jessica who is shy selfie. Javits stood, dispensing corporate trench coat images, replacing toasty layered comfortable necessities with instant ice cream cravings, “Only few months ago we need warmth,” Jacob surmised pulling out a cell phone, “now we need something to cool us down.”

“Jacob,” he spoke into the modern communication device.

“Yes, boss,” Javits heard.

“We need to market our venue downtown as a quaint all-season location and maybe theatrical artists will choose renting our facility over gaudy branded mass arenas”

“On it boss,” the Madison Avenue attitude ensured.

“Jacob,” Javits paused, “remember the global society, grows due to intimate activities, and could increase our revenue, if you ponder the possibilities,”

“Boss,” Jacob started, “go home to your wife, show her your intimacy proposals, produce and raise a family, so our country’s population multiplies.”

Javits eventually applied many band aid resolutions, leaving numerous cliffhanger episodes and decisions, encouraging the future, “confront conflicts while surviving life’s unknown variables”
