OK. So here's the thing. Over clicking on the heart button is very tricky.
Unlike the comment button...it is very generous.
I was reading and commenting on one of Novel's stories, when a strange thing happened.
So, I commented--clicked. All was well.
Then I liked--clicked. ----- nothing happened.
I clicked again---nothing --- so I clicked a whole bunch of times.
Lo and behold...where before, a second click would cancel the first like---
It did not. It just kept on liking.
So the stats went from... 9 comments and 8 likes.
To: 10 comments and 32 likes.
Every single one of my clicks registered.
And I could not erase them, I tried...it just kept giving me more likes.
Oh dear!
