The Free Agent frenzy will soon begin, and some players will get a lot of money for their services. As we look forward to the coming season, here's a look at five free agents that are out there in 2022. The NFL is a copycat league, and if a team can pick up an undervalued player today, they'll have an edge next season.

Les Snead, the General Manager of the LA Rams wasaggressive in making mid-season signings. The Rams signed Miller, a proven pass rusher from Denver. A good peformance from Miller in the Super Bowl could send GMs scrambling for his signature.

Von Miller is on the brink of winning his second Super Bowl ring

Of the 30 eliminated teams, several would have benefited from the presence of Miller. The veteran has 115.5 career sacks, with seven of those coming after his move to the Rams. There's no doubt Miller has added depth to a star-studded Rams defense, which included Aaron Donald and Jalen Ramsey. Per Spotrac, Miller's projected salary is a two-year $22m deal. Teams will lots of cap space could opt for the multi-time pro bowler. Miller won the MVP for Super Bowl 50. Perfect fit - LA Chargers - they have been terrible on defense.

Green Bay will do their best to resign Davante Adams

Aged Davante Adams is one of this year's free agency marquee players, and he will be paid like it. Adams finished with 123 receptions this season, the second best in the NFL.

Adams made it clear he wanted to become the highest-paid player at the wide receiver position, and it’s hard to argue against him deserving that distinction. Matters become more complicated when you try to determine who is technically the highest-paid wide receiver and what the true annual value of their contracts are. A franchise tag for Adams will be just shy of $20 million, making it less likely given Green Bay’s salary cap challenges ahead — but not impossible to work around - pff.com

Every team wants a guard like Brandon Scherff

High up on the list of NFL free agents is Washington's Brandon Scherff. Per PFF, Scherff performed as a top 15 guard in 2021. Scherff played 697 snaps in 2021, and he didn't allow a single sack. Looking through the numbers, Scherff has been consistent throughout his career. In Week 4, a sprained MCL kept Scherff on the sidelines, but he bounced back in Week 10 to close out the seaosn. Perfect fit - Cincinnati Bengals - Joe Burrow has not had the protection he needs. Tennessee sacked him nine times during the Wild Card round. Per Spotrac, Scherff's salary projection is a three-year $36m deal.

Mike Williams had a great season with the Chargers

Mike Williams devides opinion as to whether Tom Telesco should resign him. Williams had 76 receptions for 1,146 yards and nine touchdowns. Williams, a 1st round draft selection of the 2017 draft had nine drops this season, but he wasn't the only receiver to let Justin Herbert down. Standing at 6-4, there's no denying Williams is a deep ball threat.

The Chargers have the second best cap space in the league, but they need lots of upgrades on defence. For this reason, you should not be surprised to see Williams moving away from the Chargers. However, Keenan Allen is the only other established receiver on the team. Telesco could tag and trade Williams. Tagging the wideout would test the water to see if other teams would sacrifice draft capital to acquire him.

General Managers should expet to pay $16m to pursuade Williams to sign with them. Perfect fit - Chicago Bears - Allen Robinson looks set to depart Soldier Field.

Eric Fisher provides good value in the free agency market

Eric Fisher spent eight season with Kansas City, before moving to Indianapolis for the start of the 2021 season. The former 1st overall selection had an up and down season in the pass blocking game. He allowed 41 pressures including seven sacks. Fisher's experience in the trenches might attract teams needing to do a better job at protecting their quarterback. The veteran's salary expections won't break the bank. Indianapolis paid him $6m. Perfect fit - New York Jets - theygave up 53 sacks and the GM has c$46m of cap space.

It is clear that the 2022 NFL free agent class will be stacked, with several players who have made an impact in the league. If you’re a fan of any team in the NFL, I hope there are some players on this list that you can get excited about! Which free agents would you like to see your team sign in 2022.
