When what you bloodly hate become your remedy

Great beings inside you create strength, happiness, and neuroplasticity.

What if the reason you are exhausted, depressed, anxious, angry, emotionally numb, unable to focus, constantly bloated, or losing your appetite… is not “just stress”? What if your body has been screaming for help for years while everyone around you kept calling it laziness, overthinking, weakness, or simply “your personality”?

I used to ask God why He trapped me in this awful major — useless, I thought. I had no idea He was hiding something great inside it for me.

Even when I refused — for a whole year — to study it. I was rejecting a cure my soul was desperately reaching for. A cure for a disease with no name and no solution. Just constant pain that isolated me from everyone.

For years I suffered from strange symptoms that chained my life and changed the chemistry of my brain and my personality — to the point where I became a stranger to myself and to my family.

My energy disappeared. That girl they used to call "Positive Energy" — gone. Suddenly. Without warning.

Chronic constipation. Feeling full and hungry at the same time. Severe exhaustion. Deep depression. Anxiety. Anger. A taste of blood in my throat. Stomach pain. Periods so ugly and brutal that doctors thought it was cancer.

Tests. On a rainy day. My father — already worn out from work and from worrying about my health — waiting with me for hours.

The results came back.

Not cancer.

So then — what is it?

Several possibilities appeared:

Mental illness.

Psychological disorder.

Psychosomatic condition.

H. pylori bacteria.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

But the symptoms never pointed clearly to any of these. And they left me spinning in a vortex where dark thoughts took over my mind completely.

A five-year-old child came to visit us. His appetite was better than mine.

That's when I realized the size of the problem. That's when I was certain — something is truly wrong.

My weight had dropped. I looked like two sticks leaning against each other.

I try to eat — but I feel full.

Fine, I won't eat — but I feel starving.

What is this madness?

This has to have a name. And a solution.

One day I wanted to go to university on a Saturday.

Nobody goes on Saturday. It's a day off.

But I wanted to go. Usually my mother has to push me out the door just to leave the house — but this time I went on my own. By myself. On a Saturday!!

I arrived late. Sat down and started writing my article. Suddenly I heard the doctor's voice in the lecture. I looked up, confused — what is happening here?

This shouldn't be happening. I'm 100% focused on my article.

I found him smiling at me. And he said:

"This discovery changed the way we understand the human body and how it responds to illness. It connects the psychological state directly to the physical one."

Dear reader — yes. The psychological is not imaginary. It is real, tangible, and incredibly important.

I felt it hand me the thread — the thread to solving a disturbing mystery that had lasted for years. To finally ending my suffering.

So if your child's behavior worsens every time they fall ill — or if you are a university student, a school pupil, a mother, a father, or whoever you are — and you suffer from loss of appetite, unexplained fatigue, depression, anxiety, digestive problems — even if the chemistry of your brain has changed and your personality has shifted and you've become a stranger even to yourself — lazy, lonely, obsessive — or if you notice this in your little ones —

The great solution is https://payhip.com/CarePrintLearn

And this is how I healed myself. And diagnosed a family member. And friends. And even my teacher.
