Have you ever stopped to think about what you have been sowing and reaping?

Have you noticed that tragic and sad news spreads like wildfire, reaching every corner of the city, the country and the planet?

Meanwhile, messages of joy and true empathy are distributed in homeopathic doses.

Catastrophic events are visualized and viralized at dizzying speed.

Motivating, benevolent, happy news faces all sorts of barriers.

I believe that many are still stuck in the belief that good things, when publicized, have the connotation of vanity.

I myself have been mistaken with the famous phrase: “may your left hand not know what your right hand is doing”. Perhaps another fallacious interpretation to prevent the spread of good.

I understand that many people promote charitable attitudes out of pure vanity, with the intention of displaying virtues that they do not even possess or understand.

And here’s the key to the issue…intention.

What is your intention in creating and disseminating such content?

Even if the primary intention was not the noblest, if the effects are positive, they can and should be spread. Each one will reap according to what he sowed.

If the intention is to send a message of positivity and love, that's what really matters. After all, each one will be given according to their works, remember? Whoever sowed vanity will reap the bitter fruit of temporary illusions. However, anyone who saw the opportunity to bring joy and motivation will reap the energy of gratitude that this attitude generates.

Stop for a few minutes and reflect. How do you feel when faced with negative and catastrophic news?

On the other hand, what does it feel like to come across content full of true empathy, innocence and joy?

How much of a difference can this make in your day, or in anyone’s day?

I have spoken to acquaintances who report the emotion they are feeling when they see supportive attitudes and examples of kindness and selfless love. A loving and exciting energy vibrates in your hearts.

This does not mean that we should alienate ourselves from what is happening around us, but we do not and should not wallow in negativity.

After all, there are a lot of incredibly good things happening. Examples of expanding consciousness and raising loving frequencies everywhere.

Small, daily miracles.

However, they don't spark the same interest…yet.

However, I notice a slow but growing change.

I understand that, in fact, the rearguard cannot survive without the frontline and vice versa. Each character has its importance.

Imagine in this war if there weren't those willing to take up arms and risk their lives on the front line, or if there weren't a support team to help the injured?

Thinking rationally, wars shouldn't even exist. There are no winners in a war, everyone loses. No life is worth a piece of land or any type of power, due to the inability of dialogue, parsimony and civility. And like in chess, the sacrificed pieces are the pawns. However, there are lessons. A lot is learned about companionship, compassion, cooperation, union and so many possible virtues.

An expansion of the senses leading to the perception of how much control we have over our emotional balance. And this depends a lot on what we choose and allow to access and bring into our lives.

Frequencies are all around us, there are multiple possibilities! And the resonance is our antenna putting us in tune.

I can only hope that feeling guides us and connects us more every day, so that we can surround this beautiful blue planet, with our purest essence... the luminous frequency of love.

#pracegover #forall to see an image of two hands with palms facing up, with dozens of hearts in shades of gold and orange, floating around them.
