Trinity 3 by Rikki La Rouge
I am on a twin flame journey and also one of exploration of my past lives and reincarnation. This work is deeply personal for me because I know how the world is quick to go after what they don’t understand. To go on this journey for me has been deeply personal as I said, and also I have learned a lot about myself, and if I may say so this during for me is just getting started. All of my books like in every other medium I’ve ever worked in everything I’ve ever produced are my children. Papa loves y’all more than life itself.

Most Read Books on Goodreads in October 2025
What makes for a good October read? You need some pumpkin spice romance in there, but also some thrillers or horror novels to get your heart racing. Adding in werewolves and vampires doesn’t hurt, either. That’s just about the shape of the top five most read books of October on Goodreads, though I think it’s a shame that horror doesn’t make an appearance on even the top 50 list. Before we get into the top five, let’s talk about some new releases that came out in October that deserve more attention.

AI Isn’t Coming for Your Job — It’s Coming for Your Speed
Introduction The Fear That Started It All Every few years, the world meets a new “threat” that’s supposedly going to take everyone’s jobs. It was automation in factories. Then it was computers. Then the internet. Now, it’s Artificial Intelligence. Scroll through social media and you’ll see endless debates: > “AI will take all our jobs!” “Writers are finished!” “Designers are doomed!” But the truth is simpler — and more empowering. AI isn’t replacing people. It’s replacing people who refuse to learn how to use AI. Because in this new world, it’s not about who works the hardest — it’s about who works the smartest and the fastest. And AI is the biggest speed boost humanity has ever received. ---

How to Live in Your Twenties
Guest Letter (From the love letters to literature essay contest winner.) October 28th, 2025 Dear Reader, A purpose to grow. That's everything you need to know by twenty. Repeat to yourself the comfort phrase: there's no need to figure it out. And it's true. At twenty, all you need is a reason to become something to stretch toward, whether as small as feeling your lungs fill or as enormous as living in an apartment in New York. It need not be permanent; it only needs to be a reason to live, not merely survive. Different dreams are not lesser dreams.

5 Massive Books That Are Worth Your Time
You want to know the exact moment I became an insufferable asshole? October 2019. Barnes & Noble. I’m buying a birthday card for my nephew (dinosaurs, he was going through a phase) and I see this guy — leather jacket, man bun, the works — picking up a copy of Infinite Jest. And I just… laughed. Out loud. Like a dick.

How to Write a Professional Article on Vocal That Keeps Readers Hooked
If you have ever scrolled through the endless stream of stories on Vocal, you probably noticed something powerful. Some articles make you stop. They grab your attention from the very first sentence and keep you reading until the last word. Others, however, lose you halfway through the first paragraph. The difference is not luck. It is craft. Writing a professional article on Vocal is not just about putting words together. It is about creating an experience that makes readers care, relate, and remember. Writing for Vocal is different from writing for social media or a casual blog. On Vocal, your readers come from all over the world. They are looking for stories that inform, inspire, or entertain them. And more importantly, they reward writers who make them stay until the end. If you want your article to rise above the noise, you must combine creativity with structure. Let’s explore how to do it. The first and most crucial step is your title. A professional Vocal article begins with a headline that sparks curiosity without revealing everything. Think of your title as the door to your story. It should invite readers to enter, not push them away. Instead of writing something flat like “Tips for Writing Articles,” try “How to Write a Vocal Article That Readers Can’t Stop Reading.” The difference is emotional engagement. A great title speaks directly to the reader’s desire to learn or feel something. Next comes the introduction. Your first paragraph decides whether your audience stays or leaves. Avoid starting with something ordinary or predictable. Begin with a question, a surprising fact, or a relatable moment. For example, you could open with “Have you ever published an article that no one read?” That line immediately creates a connection and a sense of curiosity. The reader wants to know the reason and the solution. Once you have their attention, it’s time to deliver value. The body of your article should be clear, organized, and rich in meaning. Divide your thoughts into small, readable sections. Use natural transitions between paragraphs. Each section should answer a question your reader might have. On Vocal, readers enjoy content that feels like a conversation, not a lecture. Write as if you’re speaking to one person sitting across from you. Another key to professional writing on Vocal is storytelling. Even when you are writing about a technical or informational topic, weave in a bit of narrative. Tell a short story about your experience, a moment of failure, or a lesson learned. Stories are how readers connect emotionally with ideas. They transform your article from information into inspiration. Clarity is also essential. Avoid long, complicated sentences or overly academic language. Write in a way that anyone can understand, even if they are not experts in the topic. Simplicity does not mean lack of depth; it means communicating smart ideas in a way that feels natural. Readers appreciate writers who respect their time. Consistency in tone and rhythm matters too. Keep your sentences varied. Follow a long sentence with a short one. Use rhythm to keep the pace alive. A dull tone kills engagement faster than any typo. Read your article aloud before publishing. If it sounds natural, it will read naturally. Formatting plays a quiet but powerful role on Vocal. Use short paragraphs, descriptive subheadings, and a clean layout. Avoid overwhelming your readers with large blocks of text. Each section should breathe. Visual balance keeps readers scrolling instead of quitting halfway. Before you hit publish, take a moment to polish your piece. Edit with care. Check grammar, remove repetition, and make sure every word adds value. Ask yourself one question: if I were a reader, would I finish this? If the answer is yes, you are ready to share it. Finally, remember that writing on Vocal is not a one-time performance. It is a journey. Each article teaches you something new about your audience and your voice. Pay attention to feedback, statistics, and reading time. The more you understand your readers, the more powerful your writing becomes. In the end, a professional Vocal article does not just tell a story — it builds a connection. It makes readers feel something. It gives them a reason to come back for more. If you can master that balance between creativity, clarity, and emotion, your articles will not only attract readers but also keep them r

Leader of the Pack
As I entered the local library, I paid a visit to the “free book” bin & came across Leader of the Pack by Karen MacInerney (book 3 in the series). I read the synopsis, and was immediately drawn in by the storyline. Though fantasy isn’t my normal go-to genre, this book piqued my interest instantly.

Monk Mode
Winning at anything worth winning requires focus. Real, monastic focus. Not the flaky, half-hearted effort people call productivity tricks. I am talking about a deliberate period of immersion where you eliminate distractions, optimize your environment, and build a repeatable protocol that turns deep work into a habit. Call it monk mode. Call it monk mode protocol. Whatever you call it, the results are the same: consistent momentum, fewer decision leaks, and serious output.

The Secret Link Between Kindness and Longevity
Longevity is often associated with healthy eating, regular exercise, and proper sleep. But there is a secret ingredient to a long, fulfilling life that many overlook — kindness. Scientific studies have shown that being kind, compassionate, and helpful towards others not only improves social relationships but also significantly benefits physical and mental health. Kindness releases oxytocin, the “love hormone,” which lowers blood pressure, reduces stress, and boosts heart health. When you help someone, even in a small way, your brain experiences a “helper’s high,” releasing endorphins that increase happiness and reduce anxiety. Moreover, kindness fosters stronger relationships. People who consistently practice generosity and empathy build meaningful social connections, which are a key factor in longevity. Studies reveal that individuals with strong social bonds live longer, healthier lives compared to those who are socially isolated. 🌸 Small Acts, Big Impact You don’t need to make grand gestures to experience the benefits of kindness. Simple daily acts can have profound effects: 1. Smile at a stranger – A warm smile can uplift both your mood and someone else’s. 2. Express gratitude – Saying “thank you” or appreciating someone strengthens relationships and mental well-being. 3. Volunteer – Helping your community or someone in need creates a sense of purpose. 4. Listen deeply – Paying attention and being present shows care and improves emotional health. 5. Random acts of kindness – Little surprises, compliments, or assisting someone in a small way can increase joy for both parties. > “Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see.” — Mark Twain 🌟 The Science Behind Kindness and Longevity Research in positive psychology shows: Generous people have lower levels of inflammation in the body, which is linked to aging and chronic diseases. Acts of kindness decrease cortisol, the stress hormone, which protects the heart and improves immune function. Helping others releases dopamine in the brain, creating a natural high that promotes well-being. Even small daily practices of kindness contribute to a calmer mind, better sleep, and increased life satisfaction — all of which contribute to a longer, healthier life. 💖 Kindness is Contagious Kindness spreads. When you act kindly, you inspire others to do the same. This ripple effect not only strengthens communities but also creates a supportive environment for yourself. In essence, a kind world helps you live longer too. Spirituality also emphasizes kindness. Thanking Allahُ جلّ جلالُہ for His blessings and showing compassion to His creations brings inner peace, reduces stress, and aligns your heart with positivity. > “Whoever is kind, Allahُ جلّ جلالُہ will show mercy to him.” — Prophet Muhammad ﷺ 🌿 Practical Tips to Make Kindness a Daily Habit 1. Keep a kindness journal — Write one act of kindness you performed each day. 2. Meditate on compassion — Spend 5 minutes visualizing sending kindness to others. 3. Smile more — It’s simple but effective in reducing tension and spreading positivity. 4. Help without expecting reward — True kindness is unconditional. When you integrate kindness into your daily life, you not only help others, but your own mind, body, and soul thrive — promoting both happiness and longevity. ✨ Conclusion Longevity is not just a matter of genetics or diet — it’s also about how you treat others and the mindset you cultivate. Acts of kindness reduce stress, improve emotional health, and foster meaningful connections, all of which are keys to a longer, more fulfilling life. Start today. Smile, help, and be grateful. Your small acts of kindness can create ripples of health, happiness, and longevity — not just for others, but for yourself as well. > 🌸 “A life lived in kindness is a life lived in health, peace, and joy.”

The Paradox of Digital Gatekeeping: When Closure Stifles Culture
The vibrant digital sphere has become the primary conduit for literary discovery, positioning the book blogger or literary influencer as a critical bridge between new narratives and an eager readership. Yet, the deliberate absence of accessible contact details—the hidden email addresses and private portals—raises a profound, counter-intuitive question. While ostensibly a pragmatic defense of time and boundaries, this strategic withdrawal can be viewed, through a psychological and cultural lens, as a paradoxical self-limitation, ultimately undercutting the very purpose of literary engagement.
