Poem About An Alien Coming To Earth Looking For Something To Play

Alien Poem

By Kiggundu JeromePublished 10 months ago 1 min read

If an alien came to Earth today

And asked me for something to play

I'd give them a yo-yo, simple and round

It's a toy that's been loved and passed down

Up and down, it goes on a string

With a flick of your wrist, it's quite a thing

It may seem silly and small

But fun for everyone, big and small

It's a way to relieve stress

And great for dexterity retention

Plus it's a great conversation starter

And can make you feel like a master

So if ever an alien came to our land

And wanted to know what's in our hand

I'd show them a yo-yo and say with a grin

"Try it out, it's a simple win!"
