Ham Roll-ups
Do you ever need a simple quick appetizer that would be suitable for children as well as a hit with the adults? What about those with restrictive diets? Ham Roll-ups are quick, simple to make, and doesn’t require much in the way of prep time or ingredients. This recipe is also nut, shellfish, egg, and gluten free. It does however contain dairy, meat, and possible preservatives. However, I have included alternatives to help those with more restrictive diets (vegan, organic, kosher, soy free, dairy free, low sodium, budget friendly, etc). Depending on Diet this can be considered a Low Calorie Recipe. Feeds 5-10.

Witchy Wanderings (Chpt 4)
When closing time finally came I raced out of that cramped shop with my haul of blasphemous books to Joshua's parent's restaurant. I was famished and I pitied the poor soul who would dare come between me and my crab Rangoon's. The restaurant wasn't too far from the bookstore and was always busy even in the winter months, but I never had to wait for a table. Having awesome friends had it's perks.

Mistakes of Modeling
With modeling there are a few questions I'm always asked. How did you get into modeling? Why did you start modeling? Who have you modeled for? How long have you been modeling? What's in your model bag? Any advice? These are all good questions, and each have answers that should help all new models. For this article I am going to focus on my very first agent and how this all started. I will answer some questions here and the rest in another article.

Witchy Wanderings (Chpt. 2)
The soft light and cozy atmosphere of the tiny cafe warmed my spirit the moment I walked inside. The decedent sent of baked goods and roasting coffee made my mouth water in anticipation. I made a beeline for the order line and mused over all of my options.

Restoring the Community
There is a growing problem in our communities, and it has a name, Crime. There have been many attempts to handle this beast, but all falling short of expectations and some even creating new problems such as the felony stigma. However, there is a new challenger in the ring and its name is Restorative Justice. Restorative Justice is “a theory of justice that emphasizes repairing the harm caused or revealed by criminal behavior. It is best accomplished through cooperative processes that include all stakeholders” ("What is Restorative Justice?" par 1). Basically, the community gets together to decide what punishment should be dealt to the offender and it allows all those involved (including the Offender) to heal. Restorative Justice is more effective in dealing with crime and has a high success rate in places that have already implemented it. With the installation of Restorative Justice we could see stronger communities with less crime.

IQ Test Flaws
I've been thinking about IQ tests and I've discovered how flawed they are. First, it is a test and there are people who are naturally better test takers due to their guessing skills do add 20 to 30 points just because they can guess and get it right 75% versus 25%. Second, it takes your ethnicity into account. Hello, this is America I doubt any one is pure anything, so why do you not have multi-racial? Third, it takes in account your education. That one seems reasonable, but what if a family issue caused you to drop out or you had a bad grade year which messed up your ranking in high school? It doesn't take that into account. Fourth, it takes into account of your age. Excuse me, but what does age have to do with anything. A five year old could be smart and so could a 50 year old. I know they put you against your age group's average, but again one bad grade or one random high messes everything up, so why make us compete? I know some places rule those out to get a better average, but what if everyone for whatever reason scores higher? They would have to have to re-rank. A.k.a. your score is 150? Too bad your score is now 78. That is because they don’t have an actual scale to rate you on. Fifth, it asked about your employment. How the hell does losing a job or having a low paid job even though you're smart have anything to do with intelligence? Getting a job deals with brown nosing, connections, and how good your resume looks. Not usually brains. Then it asks you to rate how happy you are with it and how well you work. Did it ever occur to the test makers you can lie your ass off and they would never know? Wonder how that affects their score/survey.

Witchy Wanderings (Chpt. 1)
I shivered at the checkout counter wishing the store owner would fix the heater. It had been broken for two weeks, but anytime I brought it up I would get the same annoyed look and told in the shrillest of tones to "bring my jacket" or "use my fat." Just because I wasn't a size 0 didn't mean I was fat. I actually had muscle and meat on my bones not just wrinkled skin.
