Yellow stars and pink zigzag

Man goes to the doctor:

Man: I got bitten by a venomous snake.
Doctor: Yes (concentrated on the computer screen).
Man: .....?
Doc: (concentrated on the computer screen)
Man: It hurts on my leg.
Doc: I will give you an overall antidote.
Man: Ok.... My arm has also begun to hurt.
Doc: I'm sorry, we don't have time for this; you have only booked time for one thing.
Man: But...
Doc: You need to book a new appointment for the other complaint. You are not dying right now, so come back after a month or so. We probably don't have any earlier appointments anyway.

Man: Because it was very obvious - purple-colored with yellow stars behind the eyes and a pink zigzag over the back. I read that it has a special antidote.
Doc: Ok, but we will see first how the overall antidote does.
Man: But I can already see that it doesn't work. I'm still feeling very bad, my body hurts. Could you please give me the special antidote for that specific snake?
Doc: This is the way everybody is treated with this problem. It's normal to have pain and feel bad. That particular antidote is not approved by politics, so even if it is used and valued by many patients, we need to try the overall one first.

Man decides to go to another doctor instead:

Man: I got bitten by a venomous snake.
Doc 2: Yes (concentrated on the computer screen).
Man: .....?
Doc 2: (concentrated on the computer screen)
Man: I'm feeling bad.
Doc 2: I can see you have been to another doctor and already got the overall antidote.
Man: Yes, but I know which snake it was.
Doc 2: Well, there is no hurry. Let's see how the overall one works first.
Man: But I can already see that it doesn't work. I'm still feeling very bad, my body hurts. Could you please give me the special antidote for that specific snake?

Man: ……..
Doc: Nurse, give him some oxygen.
Nurse: How did that happen so SUDDENLY?
Doc: Just one of those typical Google doctors who think they know everything and get to the doctor too late.
Nurse: The blood test is showing a purple-colored snake with yellow stars behind the eyes and a pink zigzag over the back. Shouldn't we give the antidote?
Doc: Not yet, he got the overall 36 days ago.

Nurse: The relative of the man has just informed us that, according to this and this paragraph, the patient has the right to get individual treatment in the case of this and this paragraph (placing some tubes and machines on/around the man).
Doc: Give him the antidote for the purple-colored snake with yellow stars behind the eyes and the pink zigzag over the back.
