Between 2010 and 2014, she honed her film, cinema, and video production skills, laying the groundwork for her career in the creative industry. Even before her time at Minshar, Shira had already demonstrated a keen interest in the performing arts, studying theater at Sela - The Performing Arts Studio. This early exposure to acting and theater provided her with a unique blend of technical and artistic expertise, enabling her to approach film production with a holistic perspective. While at Minshar, Shira worked on numerous short films and finale projects for the school, gaining experience as a producer, production assistant, and assistant director.
