Mechanical Drawings
Here is my first mechanical drawing using my T-square and my pencil. This is only a sample of what I remember from those two classes I had in school. This is what we had to setup to draw a shape. The bottom of sheet is where we put our names and the class and the teacher and what period we had the class. I wrote on this one as if I were working for some place and had a place for my name, the project name and the company I work for and the last column the date due for the project.

Introduction to My Mechanical drawing
While I am waiting for my T-square, protractor, triangles and other equipment to arrive for all that I will need to draw my interpretations of this art form. I was thinking of writing short lessons, or one may call them study guides pertaining to this subject. I bought a mechanical drawing textbook a long time ago when I first thought of this idea, but other things came along.

3D Printing Changing Construction and Architecture
3D Printing Changing Construction and Architecture 3D printing has lately been very important in many sectors, including architecture is no exception. Although the concept of 3D printing for architecture is not novel, many experts in the field still hardly use it. Most of this underuse results from ignorance of its possible advantages and from misunderstandings. Most people's conception of 3D printing is of small-scale printers creating tiny objects, which would make one question how this technology might be applied for architects and designers. After all, creating models can usually be done hand-crafted with reasonably cheap materials.
