The kidney filters salt from our blood and bacteria in the body. But when salt gets accumulated in the kidney, then treatment is needed. Toxic substances get accumulated in the kidney and problems like stones etc. can occur, so it is also necessary to clean it from time to time.

Remedy:

1. Red capsicum:

Vitamin A, C, B-6, folic acid and fiber are found in red capsicum. Apart from this, the amount of potassium is also less in it. Which helps in keeping the kidney clean.

2. Curd:

Curd not only improves digestion, but it also contains probiotic bacteria which also cleans the kidneys. The good bacteria present in it also improve the immune system.

3. Ajwain:

Ajwain is a special thing in Indian kitchen. It is used to enhance the taste of food as well as for the treatment of many diseases. Celery is a digestive and bile enhancer. It is beneficial in all stomach related diseases. Its daily consumption keeps the kidneys healthy.

4. Ginger:

Ginger contains many nutrients including iron, calcium, iodine, chlorine and vitamins. Which remove toxins from the kidney.

5. Lemon:

Vitamin C helps in removing toxins from the body. Drinking lemon juice squeezed in a glass of water every day is beneficial in kidney related diseases.
