I will be today explaining the history of horse riding, the benefits of horse riding, and the beautiful bond that is formed between the ride and the horse.

HISTORY OF HORSE RIDING:

Horse riding is practiced for centuries. Horse riding has been used in almost every corner of the world for multiple reasons for many years. Horse riding was specially used for transportation and for agricultural purposes. Horse riding was also used in battles in the battlefield .Where horses were used to be very "strong companions" of the rider or the warrior. In ancient times people used to train their children for horse riding in early ages because horse riding was one of the most important use of transportation and many other activities at that time.

Horse riding has a lot of benefits because horse riding is actually mentally peaceful activity. Horse riding provides reason to relax mentally and and to relief stress. The activity of horse riding is very close to the nature. That's how it helps rider to escape from the modern world and relax himself or herself in nature.

Physical Benefits:

Horse riding is a great form of physical exercise. Horse riding is not very easy sport. One has to train first and become stronger to learn the sports of horse riding. Because horse riding involves the movement of muscles and the balance that the rider has to maintain with the movement of the horse. This physical engagement helps to promote the physical strength of the body.

CONNECTION BETWEEN THE HORSE AND THE RIDER:

The relationship formed between the horse and the rider is based on the trust and communication between both of them. The only memorable part in the horse riding is the connection between the rider and the horse. horses are very sensitive creatures and also very sensible. Horse riding is also not only about the balance between the rider and the horse but it is also about the connection that the rider has to formed with the horse through body language and voice command.

HORSE RIDING AS A COMPETATIVE SPORT:

In todays world horse riding has become a very competitive sport. Horse riding competitions describe the athleticism of both the rider and the horse. Horse riding also serves as a platform where the real talent of the horse and the rider is showcased to the world.

HORSE RIDING AS A RESPOSIBILITY:

Horse riding awakens the sense of responsibility and discipline of the rider. Riders learn to take care of the horses and they groom their horses well. Riders also feed their horses well. These qualities helps to develop the self-confidence of the rider and the rider also develops the habit of time management.

So, horse riding is not only a sport but also an art and a therapy. Horse riding benefits our phycological health and physical health and the communication and the relation between the rider and the horse is also very therapeutic and beautiful. There are many species of horses but if we invest our time and love with any of the specie the outcome will be the same because every animal is pure and love deserving. Horses are one of the loyal creations on earth because it is never heard that horses left thier companions alone in any field.
