Colours are those that are associated with or signify the soul. Red, orange, yellow, green, white, black, and brown are some of the spiritual colours. Each of these colours has spiritual significance as well as other positive vibes associated with it.

We have differnt types of colours and we are going to be looking at it some one after the other with some bible texts.

1. GREEN

it is the first colour mentioned in the bible

Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed which is upon the face of all the earth . . . And to every animal of the earth and to every fowl of heaven and to all the living creatures that crawl upon the earth, every green plant is given for food (Genesis 1:29 - 30).

What is the meaning of green in God's word?

What makes this color special?

What are its hidden references?

It means verdant, new, fresh, flourishing or can figuratively symbolize prosperity. In the new testament it is reference to grass, a tree or any healthy plant (Mark 6:39, Luke 23:31, Revelation 8:7, 9:4).

Green, in God's word, usually symbolizes;

healthy vegetation (Genesis 1:30)

crops that are not yet fully ripe (Leviticus 2:14, 23:14).

It can also be a sign a human has leprosy (Leviticus 13:49)

that a house is infested with a disease and needs to be evacuated for a time (Leviticus 14:37 - 38).

Emeralds are a deep green variety of Beryl stones. God used these stones not only to adorn Lucifer when he created him (Ezekiel 28:13), he also insured the High Priest's breastplate contained them (Exodus 28:18)! These beautiful gems will also be a part of the future New Jerusalem (Revelation 21:19).

2. BLUE

What is the meaning of the color blue in God's word?

Why does it represent almighty God on his throne?

Blue is popular in the Bible and the favorite of most people around the world.

Moses, Aaron, two of Aaron's sons, and the seventy elders of Israel went up Mount Sinai to worship God before he gave the Israelites the Ten Commandments in stone (Exodus 24). They not only saw God but also noticed that under his feet was some sort of pavement made of Sapphires.

And they saw the God of Israel. And there was under His feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the heavens in clearness (Exodus 24:10, HBFV).

Sapphires, one of the many gemstones mentioned in Scripture, is referenced nine times in God's word. The gem reflects a beautiful sky color.

Sapphires are also found on the 'breastplate of judgment' sometimes worn by the High Priest (Exodus 28:18). This blue gem was one of several that God personally placed as ornamentation on Lucifer when he created him (Ezekiel 28:13). This stone, according to the Bible, will soon be used to decorate one of the twelve foundations God will create for the New Jerusalem (Revelation 21:19).

3. WHITE

What is the meaning of white in Scripture?

Why is it considered the color of prophecy?

White, in the Bible and in today's society, is typically associated with purity, things that are good, innocence, honesty, and cleanliness.

* It represents righteousness (Daniel 7:9, Matthew 17:2, Mark 9:3, Revelation 1:12 - 14)

* It can symbolize purity (Daniel 11:35, 12:10, Psalm 51:7, Isaiah 1:18, Revelation 3:18),

* It symbolize wisdom (Revelation 1:14)

* It symbolize holiness or dedication to God (Mark 16:5, John 20:12, Acts 1:10, Revelation 4:4, 19:14).

* It can also represent joy (Ecclesiastes 9:8).

The Color of Prophecy

Revelation discusses two prophetic horses which are both white and seem, on the surface, to represent truth and righteousness. Several Biblical commentaries believe they both symbolize the same thing. The truth, however, is that only one of the horses is of God!

And I looked, and behold, there was a white horse (one of the four horsemen of the apocalypse); and the one who was sitting on it had a bow, and a crown was given to him; and he went out conquering . . .

And I saw heaven open; and behold, a white horse; and He Who sat on it is called Faithful and True and in righteousness He does judge and make war . . . (Revelation 6:2, 19:11).

The Great White Throne Judgment takes place in the second resurrection. It is a time, after the Millennium has completed, where God resurrects all those who never had a full chance at salvation (Revelation 20:5, 11 - 13). He then graciously opens their mind to his truth, giving them the ability to repent of their sins and ultimately receive eternal life.

In the End Time the devil will be allowed to kill all true Christians, have humanity worship and obey him, and gather an army to fight the return of Jesus Christ (see Revelation 13:4 - 7, 14:11, 16:12 - 16, 17:14 - 18, 19:17 - 21)! Paul also tells us that if the devil can appear to be righteous or 'white' so can the angels who follow him (2Corinthians 11:13). The horse of Revelation 6 and 19 each represent something unique in Scripture.

I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST THAT STRENGHTENS ME...…..
