The report suggests that at least the next iPhone 12s Pro version will feature a time-of-flight camera in a three-lens configuration. The report also claims that the iPhones 12s lineup of two low-end devices will receive a boost by moving the camera from the iPhone12 Pro to the Max.

In 2021 Apple will also provide four iPhones without resizing, so we can expect a 5.4-inch mini-Iphone, a 6.1-inch cheap iPhone, a 6. 1-inch Pro model and 6.7-inch Pro Max model. If Apple remains with the same shape and size selection for the iPhone 12s, it can be assumed that the battery of the 12s will be similar in size to the respective models.

In spite of the poor sales performance of the iPhone 12 Mini, which debuted last year alongside the Apple iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max, the Cupertino-based company is expected to have a smaller iPhone model in the works. Rumors suggest that the Mini experienced lackluster sales, so Apple may be planning an iPhone 13 mini this time around.

Recent reports suggest that the Cupertino-based company failed to meet its expectations with the iPhone 12 Mini, which debuted last year along with the iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max. However, this disappointment is unlikely to affect the company's timetable for 2021, as it is rumoured that a smaller iPhone model will also be on the market alongside other models. Earlier this year, Kuo reported that the schedule for mass production of the iPhone 13 is the same as for the previous iPhone models of the 12 series.

This report confirms analyst Wedbush's report that the iPhone 13 is on track for a release date in late September. It also means Kuo expects an iPhone 13 model to be available in September 2021, provided there are no delays. Several rumors have suggested that a higher refresh rate is on the cards, including a report from Digitimes in which an analyst suggested it could be on two of the four expected iPhone 13 models.

Reputationally acclaimed international security analyst Ming-Chi Kuo expects in 2021 to release Apple with four models similar to the iPhone 12 series and iPhone 13. Display analyst Ross Young also shared information about the 13-series iPhones. He expects Apple to launch four iPhone 13 models this year.

At Apple's marquee event this fall, no one is likely to guess the name of the next iPhone. We're still months away from an iPhone announcement in 2021, which means phones are still in development and could mean Apple's plans change. At CNET, we refer to the new iPhone as iPhone 13 for reasons of continuity, but a wave of reports suggests that's not Apple's moniker of choice.

There are persistent rumors that Apple will release the 5.4-inch iPhone mini. Trusted analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said in April 2021 that he considers iPhone 13 mini to be his swansong.

Kuo's prediction is a credible one, echoing an earlier iPhone 13 rumor written by his colleague Ross Young, who claimed Apple would launch two affordable devices and two high-end models with Cupertino's world-class camera technology. According to Bloomberg, Apple engineers are considering a 5.4-inch iPhone mini, a 6.1-inch cheap iPhone and a 6-inch Pro model, as well as the 6.7-inch "Pro Max" model and the S version of the 2020 iPhone models.

Apple has used the "S" nomenclature for years in the past for iPhone models that have no more than minor updates. The iPhone 2021 will take over the popular camera upgrades of the Pro and Max models. We do not expect any major changes to the iPhone design in 2021, but the iPhone could undergo a significant redesign in 2021.

There have not been many rumors about the iPhone 13 cameras, but we suspect that Apple will stick with a better camera setup for the iPhone 13 Pro models. A rumor from the website GSMarena suggests we won't see a similar camera redesign on the iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 and Pro Max models. This could be because they will mount three cameras on their rear camera modules, including a LiDAR sensor.

In addition, all four models feature an improved ultra-wide sensor that brings the lens to an aperture of f / 1.8 compared to f / 2.4 for the iPhone 12 models. There are also claims that models in the iPhone 13 series will also offer image stabilization with sensor shift, something that was only available on iPhone 12 Pro and Max, which would be amazing to watch.

Kuo says the new ultra-wide lens will be limited to two iPhone 13 Pro models, but Barclays analyst and noted tech tipper Ross Young says there will be four iPhones with the new lens. The technology is reportedly set to cover the entire next-generation iPhone, including dual-lens models.

Bloomberg reported that all iPhones will be equipped with fingerprint sensors on the screen by 2021. Other reports suggest that Apple will add a LIDAR scanner to all four iPhone 13 models and the iPhone 13 Pro.

The same source said that it expects all four iPhone 13 handsets to come with Sensor Shift OIS (optical image stabilization) and the two Pro models to have a larger main lens. On the new iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max models, as well as on the most important wide-angle camera, we were also able to see OIS autofocus. LetsGoDigital also reported that Apple plans to cover all three lenses with sapphire glass.

The question of the notch is also under investigation, with some sources claiming the notch will remain the same size as iPhone 12 while others believe it is likely to shrink in 2021. Digitimes expects the smaller notch of the iPhone 13 to shrink and shrink, thanks to a redesigned camera module built into the RX-TX floodlight that allows shrinking to a smaller VScel chip. Recent rumors suggest that this year Apple will be able to trim the camera bump, provide a matte black option for the Pro model of the phone and overhaul the current graphite back.

Apple did the same when it released its iPhone 7 models. It is not known how this will affect the iPhone 13 model, but the weight of the iPhone 12 could work against it in this case. Nevertheless, Mac Otakara reports that there are rumors that the new iPhone 13 will be 0.26 mm thicker than Apple's iPhone 12
