The day is just a normal ordinary day for you as you lounge on your couch watching Tiktok Videos and consistantly checking your DM’s for that next message fix. then suddenly, then suddenly, Intagram freezes and directs you to a Refresh page. You seem to get confused and wonder if it’s just Instagram having server issues. But as it turns out, the same thing happens to your other applications, and your 5G signal turns to No Signal. You began to panick and get scared.

A few minutes later, your power completely shuts off and you’re left sitting in the dark. You can’t call the electric company since your smart phone has no signal or reception and you look at the window of an older gentlemen checking his electric generator monitor outside. You hear some kid outside scream “Fuck, i have no damn reception on my phone and mom said the lights are out” and that’s when it starts to don on you; this isn’t only affecting you, but it appears to be a problem for everyone else in your neighborhood. When you get into your car and press START ENGINE< you notice how the car won’t ignite the engine. That’s when you also discover the legions of cars on the back roads and parkways stuck in unison on the freeway next to you.

You begin to panic even further because in the back of your mind, everything happening feels as though you’re stuck inside of an apocalyptic sci fi movie or weird nightmare. It’s already getting dark outside and people everywhere roam outside of their homes as they reassure each other that the same type of thing is also happening at their homes, vhichles, and smart phone devices.

The conditions get much worse:

Water supply is cut off, no electricity for miles, telegrams from your local Electric supplier have issued letter briefings from The Dept. Of Homeland Security and are sent or mailed to peoples’s homes stating that Russian vigliettes have hacked into The United States major cyber and electrical power grids nationwide, disrupting digital communication networks, batteries, water supply centers, gas and oil reserves and other common tools and how it may be weeks or months before the grid is fully restored. As people relieve the telegram, folks begin to freak out and get distressed of the dire situation they face.

You soon see military grade hummers blockading your street while 5 national guard and FEMA troops stand on each corner, creating a curfew for everyone to stay inside their homes. Babies start crying, neighbors get disgruntled,and one mother is pacing back and forth because her husband needs electricity for his lung pump machine to work properly or else he’ll die a painful fate.

And it couldn’t get any worse than this:

At this point you’re totally helpless and terrorfied of what’s happening.Within 73 hours, thousands of people in your area are without proper heat,water or electricity. Not even the radio works so no one knows what’s going on from the outside world. You go near street corner to talk with the FEMA officer barcading your cul de sac. He explains that much of what he knows pertains to a massive operation by the Russians of some sort of EMP attack on the cyber and electrical grid in The United States and that everyone is without power or digital communication. You run back to your house and notice a rotten smell of flesh. A dead body is decomposing inside your neighbors house from the lady you saw a few days ago pacing back and forth. You instantly remember that she had a husband that relied a lung pump and is probably dead. The smell is disgusting and potent. You don’t want to go inside because you still smell the stench but your neighborhood is under FEMA curfew.

You continue looking out of the window of your dark living room at the conspiracy guy yelling profanity about the world coming to an end and about Donald Trump should of been your president. You know it’s all bias and choose to ignore his rhetoric as you lean against the wall shaking and hungery. But you still continue to look out of your living room window as you see two FEMA officers handcuff the conspiracy theorist guy and lead him into a dedicated white van. You don’t know what might happen to him, but you’re too thirsty to care, and hungry. You have two warm water bottles in the fridge. But you have no further water to drink because the electricity and water supply is turned off. You have a few canned goods, but you choose to use an electric can opener so it’s useless at this point. FEMA knocks on your door and loads you up in a truck where you go to a military facility that seems like as holding center for illegal Aliens as you sit there at a long lunch table waiting for the Food FEMA is ready to feed you. Life isn’t the same for you, won’t be for awhile.

Don’t let this be YOU, Here’s what you should of done instead:

• Make a plan for you and your family in the event a National disruption to the power grid affects your daily life drastically.
