1. Biryani :

Here is a recipe for chicken biryani:

Ingredients:

1 lb. 2 cups basmati rice chopped chicken

1 cup yogurt

2 thinly sliced onions and 2 tablespoons of yogurt

1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

2 bay leaves

4 cardamom pods

4 cloves

1 cinnamon stick and 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds

red chili powder for your need

1 teaspoon turmeric

garam masala

Salt, to taste

Oil, for searing

Guidelines:

1.For at least 30 minutes, soak the rice in water. Remove the rice from the water and set it aside.

2.Combine the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, garam masala, salt, and red chili powder in a large bowl. Marinate the chicken in the bowl for at least 30 minutes before serving.

3.Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Fry the onions until they turn golden brown before adding them. Set the onions aside after removing them.

4.Add the cumin seeds, bay leaves, cardamom pods, cloves, and cinnamon stick to the same pot. Fry for a few seconds to release the spices' aroma.

5.Add the marinated chicken to the pot and cook until the chicken is cooked through. Set the chicken aside after removing it.

6.Put the rice and enough water to cover it in the same pot. After the water has come to a boil, turn the heat down to low. The rice should cook in the pot covered until it is tender.

7.Place the rice and chicken in a layer in a large serving dish. Add the fried onions on top.

Bake the dish for 10 to 15 minutes in a preheated 350°F oven covered with foil. Serve warm.

ingredients :

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cup plain yogurt

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. turmeric

1 tsp. garam masala

Salt, to taste

4 tbsp. butter

1 onion, finely chopped

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp. grated ginger

1 tsp. ground cumin

1 tsp. ground coriander

1 tsp. paprika

1 can (14 oz.) crushed tomatoes

1 cup heavy cream

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Combine the yogurt, chicken, turmeric, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Marinate for at least one hour or overnight with a well-mixed marinade.

2. Melt 2 tablespoons in a large skillet. of butter in a medium-sized pan. Cook the chicken until all sides are browned. Set the chicken aside after removing it from the skillet.

3. Melt the remaining two tablespoons in the same skillet. from butter Sauté the onion until it is translucent and soft. Sauté for a further minute before adding the ginger and garlic.

4. Add the paprika, coriander, and cumin to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 to 2 minutes.

5. Stir thoroughly before adding the crushed tomatoes to the skillet. Let the mixture simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.

6. Stir the cooked chicken back into the sauce in the skillet. The chicken should be cooked through after another five to ten minutes of simmering.

7. Stir well before adding the heavy cream to the skillet. Allow the mixture to simmer for an additional five minutes, or until the chicken is fully coated and the sauce has thickened.

Serve the butter chicken with rice and fresh cilantro as a garnish.
