When we perceive this truth, recognizing that Brahman is the essence of all actions, we attain union with Brahman.

The above verses refer to a “bhojan mantra,” a special prayer said before eating. When we recite this mantra before our meals, it has a powerful effect on our minds and body. It helps purify our thoughts and brings a sense of peace and tranquility. The sacred energy generated by the mantra has a positive impact on our digestive system.
