MAFS San Diego Decision Day has arrived! So, if you haven’t seen the show yet; you may want to stop reading to see if any of the couples stayed married or decide to get a divorce.

MAFS San Diego Decision Day

In my opinion, this season seemed to go by much faster than other seasons. And, my guess was this season started shortly after Boston. Also, I think the timing wasn’t right for their viewing audience. To read more about last season’s couples; check out my MAFS Boston Decision Day Season 14 post.

Before this season began, I tuned in to learn more about each of the couples matched. Also, I learned of the two new experts who were joining the experts this season. Though two new experts were introduced – Dr. Pia Holec and Devon Franklin; I didn’t see them on the show much throughout the season.

MAFS San Diego Decision Day – Stay Married or Divorce

Since several couples matched this season didn’t seem well suited; let’s take a look at who decided to stay married and who is getting a divorce.

Before Decision Day, Morgan and Binh decide to end their marriage. At the same time, I thought that Morgan seemed unreasonable and repeated the same thing over and over again. What I found bothersome was how she reacted when she learned that Binh spoke to one of his friends about her.

MAFS San Diego Decision Day – Stacia and Nate

Before the show started, I wasn’t sure if this couple would mesh. But, I was wrong. Stacia and Nate seem to be the perfect match. In fact, both Stacia and Nate are goal-oriented and looking to be the ultimate power couple.

My only concern was Stacia kept pushing Nate to declare his love for her. However, Stacia needs to realize they have only known each other for a short time and Nate goes at a slower pace emotionally than Stacia.

First, Nate spoke about their relationship and he said he thought long and hard and thought that the pros far outweighed the negatives. So, Nate chose to stay married. Stacia said she didn’t sleep the night before and wasn’t hopeful they could overcome some of their issues. But, Stacia told Nate she was resilient and was going to stay committed to the marriage.

MAFS San Diego Decision Day – Alexis and Justin

When we first saw Alexis and Justin marry; it appeared they would end up staying together. However, early on, this couple seemed to be at odds constantly. As soon as the honeymoon ended; reality set in.

Alex wants to see Justin take charge. Throughout the experiment, this couple seemed like they weren’t going to make it.

On decision day, Justin tells Alexis he wants to stay married. Alexis wasn’t sure if she could say “Yes” forever, but she did say yes to staying married right now.

But, they ended up getting into an argument right after their decision.

So, when the couples all meet up; Alexis decides she is done and wants a divorce.

MAFS San Diego Decision Day – Lindy and Miguel

From the beginning, I really liked Lindy and Miguel.

Though Lindy came from a religious family; they seemed to get along really well.

Due to their pairing, the experts gave them a fake baby to see how they would fare as parents. However, over the last few weeks, their relationship showed some serious issues.

So, now that it is decision day; first, Lindy speaks and she wants to stay married, and next, Miguel wrote something. What he wrote was extremely touching and he also wants to stay married.

MAFS San Diego Decision Day – Krysten and Mitch

When I first saw Krysten and Mitch paired up; I didn’t think they would be a love connection.

Mitch is almost a decade older and he has never been in love.

During the honeymoon, he told Krysten he wasn’t attracted to her. In my opinion, that was the beginning of the end. Though Krysten and Mitch seemed to have worked through Mitch’s earlier comments; he then approached her sister to ask her for a suggestion on letting Krysten know he would prefer her to wear less makeup and have her hair styled more naturally.

Meanwhile, Mitch does many good things in trying to make the world more environmentally friendly; however, his ways may be a little overwhelming for someone in a new relationship.

First, Mitch speaks and he says he doesn’t think he can give Krysten what she needs and said he wants a divorce. And, Krysten also says she wants a divorce. Krysten says. “she is choosing herself”.

Were the Experts Right or Wrong

After only one couple stays married from MAFS Boston; will the two couples who said “Yes” on decision day, remain married?

Next Week and Beyond

Of course, this week isn’t the ending as next week, all the couples will be brought back together to see how they are doing.

So, stay tuned to see what happens to the couples after decision day.

As always, I welcome your comments on MAFS San Diego Decision Day.
