In the heart of the tranquil village, where the rustling bamboo groves whispered secrets to the wind, Anika's bond with her elder sister, Kajla, was a source of wonder for all who witnessed it. Kajla possessed a magical gift—the ability to weave words into poetry that could capture the very essence of their picturesque world. Her verses danced with the rhythm of life, enchanting all who had the privilege to listen.

Anika's days were an eager countdown to the moment when Kajla would call out to her. "Anika, come!" Kajla's voice carried a melody that beckoned her younger sister, a siren's song that Anika couldn't resist. Together, they would sit beneath the bamboo canopy, as Kajla's words painted vibrant tapestries of imagination in Anika's mind. Each verse was like a window to a world of enchantment, and Anika cherished these moments with all her heart.

But as night descended upon the village, it brought with it a peculiar unease for Anika. When the moon ascended high above the bamboo garden, Anika would find herself restlessly tossing and turning in her bed, unable to find solace in the embrace of sleep. The fragrance of lemon blossoms wafted from the nearby pond, filling the air with its sweet scent, yet it offered no comfort to her restless soul. Anika would lie there, her gaze fixated on the moonlit world beyond her window, her heart filled with questions.

"Why doesn't Kajla call me now?" she pondered, night after night. "Why does she choose to keep her words locked away behind closed doors, shrouded in silence?"

As the days passed, mealtimes arrived, and it was Kajla's turn to beckon Anika. However, during these moments, an unsettling quietness enveloped their home. Their mother would depart, leaving the two sisters alone, an absence that Anika couldn't help but notice. She would whisper her concerns to Kajla, her voice filled with a mixture of curiosity and apprehension.

"Kajla, where has Mother gone? When will she return?" Anika would ask, her eyes wide with anticipation. "Tomorrow, there's a grand puppet wedding in our new house. Imagine the fun we'll have! But, if I stay hidden away like you, how will I ever enjoy it?"

Kajla, with her enigmatic smile, continued her silence, leaving Anika to puzzle over her sister's mysterious behavior.

In the daylight hours, the village transformed into a different realm. The bamboo groves glistened in the warm embrace of the sun, their leaves rustling softly in the breeze. The fragrant shiuli flowers painted the air with their sweet scent, and Anika often accompanied her mother to the pond, their laughter mingling with the songs of the birds hidden among the branches of the dalim tree. It was a scene of pure joy, yet Anika couldn't shake the feeling that something vital was missing.

She yearned for her sister's poetic verses, the ones that had always sprinkled their days with magic. "When will Kajla come and share with us what Mother has been saying?" Anika wondered, a longing growing within her with each passing day.

Nights, with their enigmatic silence, would return like clockwork. Anika would find herself once again gazing out at the moonlit bamboo garden, her heart heavy with the absence of her sister's voice.

"Where's Kajla?" she would implore her mother. "Why does she persist in hiding from us?"

Their mother, with a knowing smile, would gently reply, "Patience, dear Anika, when the time is right, you will hear what Kajla has to say."

And so, beneath the watchful moon in the village of bamboo groves, the captivating tale of Anika, Kajla, and their world of enchanting words continued to unfold. Anika's heart ached for the return of her sister's poetic magic, and she remained inquisitive about the secrets that lay hidden beneath the surface of their tranquil nights. The village, it seemed, held mysteries that only time would unveil, and the sisters' bond would be tested as the truth slowly unraveled.
