Microsoft Outlook is one of the most popular email clients, but it has always had some drawbacks. All Outlook data is stored in PST files, which are personal storage tables. It's Outlook's database containing emails, contacts, calendars, tasks, notes, and much more.

As long as the amount of data stored does not exceed a certain limit, the file will function normally, but if the size is exceeded, problems such as corruption, poor performance, etc. will occur. Microsoft has fixed this issue in newer Outlook versions such as Outlook 2016, 2013, 2010, and 2007 and there don't seem to be any issues related to PST size. But now a new type of hurdle has emerged. A user who created an old PST file in an older version of Outlook now needed a way to import all the data into his single, larger PST file that can be used in the newer version of Outlook. So basically, you need to merge PST files.

In this blog, we will be looking out for the solutions a user can go through in order to merge their Outlook PST files.
