How I Earn $10K Per Month With Passive Income Ideas

- Passive income is a great way to make money without having to put in too much effort.

- There are many different ways to produce passive income, and I’ve tried out most of them.

- Here are 11 of my favorite methods for generating passive income:

01. Invest in Real Estate: One of the best ways to produce passive income is by investing in real estate. You can buy a property and rent it out, or you can invest in a REIT fund.

02. Start a Blog: This has been one of my main sources of passive income for years now. It’s not as difficult as you might think, and there are plenty of helpful resources online that can guide you through the process.

03. Create an E-Course: Another great way to produce passive income is by creating an e-course on a topic that you’re passionate about. This can be a great way to share your knowledge with the world and generate some extra cash at the same time.

04. Affiliate Marketing: Affiliate marketing is one of my favorite ways to make money online. It’s a simple concept — you promote someone else’s product and earn a commission for every sale that you make.

05. Write an eBook: If you have a lot of knowledge and expertise in a particular area, writing an eBook could be a great way to produce passive income. You can sell it on Amazon or through your own website, and you can even generate revenue by selling your eBook through affiliate marketing.

06. Passive Income Kickstarter Campaign: If you feel like a good idea will help others, and if it’s something that people are willing to pay for, then creating a Kickstarter campaign could be a great way to produce passive income. You don’t have to create an actual product or service — there are plenty of other ideas out there that might do the trick!

07. Peer-to-Peer Lending: One method of generating passive income is peer-to-peer lending. This involves loaning money on sites such as Prosper and Zopa, which allow borrowers to apply for loans with interest rates much lower than those offered by banks. This is still a relatively new method of generating passive income, but it is one that has a lot of potential.

08. Start Writing Blog Posts: It’s time to start writing! In this step you’ll write the articles that will make up your blog post collection (of which your lead magnet and web page will be a part). You can include bullet points or numbered lists if they are helpful. Don’t worry about SEO at this stage; just try to get all of the information written down in some sort of order (which deals with organizing everything into an ebook format). I would recommend starting off by looking for some blogging ideas within each niche you’ve selected earlier on — then look for topics related to those ideas. Or you can simply look for topics that interest you and would like to write about on your blog. Make sure each post is at least 500 words long (and more if possible), with a clear structure, title and introduction — no matter what niche / idea the article will be covering:

Organize Your Thoughts & Research: In this step we’ll organize all of the information into an ebook format so that it’s easy to read and distribute online! Remember when I said earlier not to worry too much about SEO? Well now is probably one of those times where it might actually come in handy… You’re going to want someone else other than yourself reading through these articles later on, after all :) So make sure everything is properly formatted, has catchy titles and is easy to follow. You can even use a mind map to help you out!

Write an eBook: In this step we’ll take all of the information from our blog posts and format it into a complete, well-written ebook. This will be the final product that we’ll be selling on Amazon, through our website or even through affiliate marketing. Make sure it’s high quality — after all, you want people to buy it! And remember to include plenty of helpful images and diagrams (or even videos) to break up the text and keep your readers engaged.

Publish Your Ebook: Once your ebook is completed, it’s time for the final step — publishing it online! You can publish your ebook on Amazon, or you can host it on a website of your own. However, if hosting an eBook yourself isn’t really possible then I would recommend using the Passive Income Blueprint

Use Social Media to Promote Your Ebook: Make sure that once you’ve published your ebook online, you take advantage of social media to help promote and distribute it! Post about it regularly so that people know exactly what’s inside — this will give them incentive to buy and download. Share links through Facebook groups and other platforms where members are likely to share information with their friends / followers. And don’t forget Twitter; they have made sharing buttons available now too :)

09. Build A Passive Income Website: This Passive Income website will be an important part of your online business and marketing strategy. You’ll use it to drive traffic back to your ebook sales page, as well as other affiliate offers or products that you might be promoting. It’s also a great place for people to learn more about you and what you’re doing — which can help increase trust and credibility (especially if you plan on selling high priced items at some point down the road).

10. Use The Passive Income Blueprint: In this step we’ll utilize a very helpful resource known as The Passive Income Blueprint. This is a course created by my good friend Brendan Mace, who has been able to generate over $100,000 in passive income each month using this exact system! In this step you’ll learn all about Passive Income Blueprint and how it can help you make money online without having to worry too much about SEO, writing or even blogging.

11. Promote High Priced Products Through Affiliate Marketing: Now that your Passive Income Website is up and running, there’s really no limit as to what you can sell through affiliate marketing… You just need a few good offers lined up (and I would recommend using the Passive Income Blueprints for those). That way every time someone visits your website they will see products that interest them — which might entice them into making an impulse buy. The great thing about affiliate marketing is that because of their high-quality nature people are more likely to trust the products you’re promoting, which can result in more sales.
