This particular Tunisia (or Tunisie) news paper I happen to follow is a state controlled paper. Meaning the information the paper is under financial and or editorial control of a countries government. These are usually in countries that aren't exactly, how can I say this without sounding "accusatory?"

These are not usually the freest countries in the world, likened to countries that don't normally have free & fair elections. You know, like dictatorships, there are several countries that have state controlled media, many are suspended from various social media platforms for posting false information.

However these photoshopped photos posted to the state controlled news paper 'La Presse' Facebook account are the worst I've ever seen in my life.

The Children in this photo even smell a rat on this one. Where is the rest of the man's body behind him? Also look how tall Saied has gotten in contrast to the building behind him?

Photoshop has been an industry standard for decades, but it’s pricey for those who only use it occasionally. It can also be difficult for beginners to understand, I used a free version for 7 days and couldn't get the hang out it. It was 19.99 per month, Photoshop may not be the best option for many novice photographers.

Or those who can't edit worth a damn, I can take some decent photos with my great cameras.

Luminar Neo also has a free trial, monthly options and a lifetime option for around $179 USD. If you’re looking for free Photoshop alternatives, the free trial of Luminar Neo an great option. Luminar Neo combines smart AI tools and a simple, intuitive interface. The easy AI tools streamline routine tasks, it can not only be fun but addictive to those who love to have edit photos and create.

Like the faces on these terrified children, they should've used another photo. The faces of the people pointing and smiling in the back, are clearly amused at whatever was originally in the photo. After doing a shallow dive, I was unable to find any of these photos online.

However I was lead to several YouTube videos, oddly in one photo his ad appears to be in motion. This photo below;

Matches these photos below which are from 3 months ago. Which don't mean much but the above photo appears to be very odd. The position of his hand is weird.

My Photo of my MacBook

Microsoft Windows 10 Photos

The Microsoft Windows 10 Photos app is one of the best free photo editing software like Photoshop. It's included with any Windows 10 operating system.

GIMP

Adobe Photoshop has stronger tools. And it offers much stronger pixel manipulation than GIMP. But GIMP offers a streamlined workflow which is fantastic for beginners. The customizable UI (user interface) is also ideal, setting up an efficient workflow.

Photopea | Online Photo Editor

Photopea is a web-based graphic design software. It's free and supported by ads; however, there is also a premium non-subscription you can buy. Even one month of premium works out cheaper than most subscription-based design software. An extra benefit: there are no penalties if you decide to stop paying

Photopea is a great software if you only dabble in graphic design every now and then and can’t justify paying for a service you only use occasionally. Although, it also makes a great alternative if you’re a consistent user of other design software, and especially so if you’re paying a monthly subscription that seems like it keeps increasing.

Either way this man is a president, why couldn't he do better, this state controlled media outlet used horrible photoshoped pictures. I guess people were not supposed to notice their editing glitches.
