Artificial intelligence technology can promote the upgrading of industrial structure, give birth to new business, new models and new technologies, change the business practices of enterprises, and help retail, transportation, tourism, pharmaceutical and other industries to open a new era of development.

Under the pressure of COVID-19 's epidemic situation, more enterprises have carried out precision marketing, telemedicine and other services, exploring the application and practice path of artificial intelligence with strong operability and high degree of replication for small and medium-sized enterprises.

For example, in the healthcare service industry, the use of high-resolution medical imaging, smart applications, and Internet of things devices can provide more personalized health care services and accurate medical prescriptions, thus reducing care costs, delayed diagnosis and error risks for small and medium-sized enterprises, and improving service quality.
