It’s no secret that one of the most effective tools in your marketing arsenal can also be one of the most time-consuming: email marketing. In fact, an estimated 56% of companies report that email marketing is the highest return on investment (ROI) and provides the highest customer acquisition cost savings compared to other forms of digital and direct marketing, according to MarketingSherpa’s 2014 B2B Benchmark Report. Don’t even get us started on what a boon it can be when you’re trying to cultivate leads or build your brand!

Introduction

If you're looking for a way to boost your email marketing, you've come to the right place. In this post, we'll go over some of the top email marketing tools in 2019 and introduce them to you.

First up is MailChimp, an excellent choice that's free up to 2,000 subscribers or 12,000 emails sent per month. If you need more than that, there are paid plans starting at $10 per month. You can also easily segment and target customers with specific interests. Plus, MailChimp offers helpful email templates, so you don't have to design everything from scratch.

Next is ConvertKit which starts out as one of the most expensive options but offers a lot for its price tag. ConvertKit has great automation features and lots of templates too, but what sets it apart from other services is that it gives you access to powerful A/B testing features.

Another option worth checking out is Drip, which starts with a 15-day free trial period so you can see if it works for you before committing to anything long-term - well worth checking out!

There are many email marketing tools out there, but we’ve narrowed it down to five of our favorites. Here they are in alphabetical order: Mailchimp, AWeber, Constant Contact, iContact and Mad Mimi.

The first tool is Mailchimp. It's a great option for beginners because it has a free plan that includes some powerful features like autoresponder email sequences and Facebook post integration. It also has detailed reporting so you can see which emails were opened and when. On top of this, MailChimp automatically tracks unsubscribe requests to help prevent spam complaints.

The next tool is Aweber. For many marketers, this was the original email service provider on the market, and even today it has many advantages over newer players. If your company needs more advanced features than what Mailchimp offers, this may be the best choice for you.

A few disadvantages of using Aweber include having limited customer support hours (including no phone support) and fewer integrations with other services such as social media sites or lead capture tools like forms or landing pages. However, if those limitations don't affect your business much then this may be a good fit!

2.Constant Contact

In addition to email marketing, Constant Contact's other services include automated marketing campaigns and reporting analytics. This software has been around since 1996 and has grown exponentially in popularity due to its ease-of-use and cost-effectiveness. For instance, their basic package starts at $20/month for up to 500 subscribers and includes things like campaign automation and unlimited emails per month. For bigger businesses that need more advanced features they offer a package starting at $25/month for up to 5,000 subscribers which includes all of the same features plus segmentation, autoresponders, Google Analytics integration, etc. If you're looking for something that is easy to use and affordable this is an excellent choice!

3.Mailchimp

It's also a great choice if you're looking for an affordable, reliable service that doesn't require any coding knowledge. -Free up to 2,000 subscribers

-Pricing starts at $20 per month

-Automated marketing campaigns with Segments (this is an awesome feature)

4.GetResponse

The best email marketing tools are those that offer a variety of features, including A/B testing, CRM integrations, and targeted list building. provides both with plenty of bells and whistles at an affordable price point.

5.AWeber

The downside is that AWeber charges based on your contact list size; the higher it is, the more expensive it gets, which can get costly if you have an extensive list. The second major thing to keep in mind with AWeber is that they have a 10% threshold before they start charging you.

If you’re unsure whether this will be a problem or not for your business, calculate the number of emails you send monthly and multiply it by 12 months.

You’ll end up with a figure close to or above 10%. For instance, let’s say someone sends out 2,000 emails per month and multiplies it by 12 months (2 years). That person would send out 24,000 emails per year and would reach the threshold with only 240 emails sent per month. It's important to keep this in mind so as not to be surprised by potential expenses down the road.

6.Sendinblue

The great thing about this service is that it's really customizable. You can create custom templates, auto-responders, and more. Sending messages from your own domain is also possible with Sendinblue.

Continuation (six+ sentences using the words: ): Campaign Monitor: A favorite for many users, Campaign Monitor offers a lot for an affordable price.

7.SendGrid

plus think carefully about your budget as SendGrid is priced on a per-user basis. You can have up to 10,000 users for $500 and beyond. If you're looking for something more affordable, then Constant Contact offers prices starting at $10/month and includes a free 14 day trial so you can try it out before making a decision.

8.Drip

For example, Drip will allow you to create automatic follow-up messages and create an abandoned cart email campaign to help convert more shoppers into buyers. In addition, they offer up a great drag and drop editor that makes it easy to customize your emails with text and images. You can also set up a 1-click integration with Stripe or PayPal in minutes so you can start collecting payment information right away. SendPulse is another interesting option worth checking out as they offer a free 14 day trial before requiring any sort of payment information from customers or clients; this means it's really easy for new users or bloggers on a budget to try them out without any commitment upfront!

9.ConvertKit

If you're looking for an all-in-one solution that integrates with other marketing tools you already use, ConvertKit might be right for you. With this tool, you can send out a campaign and track your success rates at every step along the way. Plus, if you want to add a form or welcome sequence to your email list without starting from scratch, then ConvertKit is perfect for adding these features on top of their templates.

To help make your decision easier, we've compiled a list of three excellent email marketing solutions in order from most affordable to most expensive: Mailchimp (free up to 2000 subscribers), Mad Mimi (free up to 2k subscribers) and Constant Contact (paid plan starts at $9/mo).
