A mother and girl endured possibly groundbreaking wounds after a destructive substance was tossed in front of them.

The mother, 31, and her three-year-old girl, were hurried to medical clinic after the assault in Clapham, south London, on Wednesday night.

An observer told The Free she heard a lady shouting for help as a man hauled a kid out of a vehicle and brutally pummeled her onto the floor.

The casualty was shouting "My eyes. My eyes. Call the police. My eyes," as per reports. A manhunt is currently in progress for the suspect who ran away from the area.

Another observer added: "He lifted the small kid up expanded his arms up over his head and toss her to the floor like a ragdoll. I thought she was dead, everybody was shouting 'pause' and 'call the police'."

The family, three answering cops and two other people who attempted to help were undeniably hurried to medical clinic after the "awful" assault.

Officials were called to the scene in Lessar Road close to Clapham Normal at around 7.25pm in the wake of getting reports of the occurrence.

Streatham MP Ringer Ribeiro-Addy hailed the activities of the "outright legends" who stepped in getting the most youthful kid away and pursuing off the assailant, Barney Davis reports.

She told The Free: "They are astounding. They are valid legends, truly, they emerged at complete gamble to themselves and did how they needed to protect individuals.

"They are fine at this point. Simply the lady and her kids have life getting updated yet not dangerous wounds. The neighborhood individuals here are outright legends they didn't ponder their own wellbeing once."
