Often a time we run into various issues with our computer systems, they are the unpredictable binary machine that runs on our instructions. The Computer Is Not Turning On.

• If the following steps above did not fix your problem. You can try unplugging the hard disk, then hold down the power button for a restart.

• You can try to dismantle the CMOS clock to see if the computer is dead. If your computer comes up after a restart that means your CMOS clock is the problem and you could get a fix for some bucks
