Social Media Corruption
Facebook is becoming something of a horror in my opinion. What was meant to be a means of social contact between family and friends, yet it has become an information repository for god knows what. I just had my Facebook account shut down for reasons unknown, and this took place yesterday, but not before the company, fraudulently took 70 dollars out of my bank account, which I never authorized, so the means to even attempt to fix this issue is now beyond my grasp.

Share What You Know
Life is very chaotic at many times for many people, this being the case, makes it fairly difficult to know which path to take, which path is right for you, or what action to take, in any given situation. It can be scary when we are left alone in the world, and have no guides to help us to continue walking a path, that is spiritually pure, and emotionally rewarding, as well as financially stabilizing. I never dreamt of the strength that losing the most important part of my life would instill within me over the long run.

Enduring Kindness
We are living in a time, where cruelty seems to be overshadowing kindness, this is something that should never take place. With your words and your deeds, allow kindness to emanate from you, as though there is an unending supply of love and compassion present within your heart and spirit, because it is in fact the truth. We make choices every single day, that may seem rather small in scope, however, the nature of these choices, is the heartbeat of the person making them.

Helping Hands
When you are given the chance to help someone, who is looking in earnest for help, for all the right reasons, you should not turn them down, if it lies within your capacity to in fact help. When we realize the value of not only ourselves, but the divinity which we all possess, ourselves, and others alike, and begin to recognize this quality in those with which we come in contact with, it makes life such a beautiful experience. Occurrences which may seem like those of random chance, begin to happen at a rate, which is far to prevalent to be labeled as chance, in my experience.

Self Care
We live in a world, that is very noisy, and very distracting. In order for us to maintain a sense of focus, and continue moving in a direction that is truly conducive with growth, in a most positive and beneficial way, we must practice the employment of effective self care techniques. Self care techniques, are ways in which you escape, albeit, momentarily from the hustle and bustle of this busy, fast paced world. Whether this be something such as meditation, exercise, writing, painting, listening to music, or any such other activity, that helps you to feel refreshed, after a long and arduous period of time, that can be taxing, whether this is a day, a week, or a month, it is vital for us to stay aware of what it is that our bodies need, in order to function at their most optimal level.

Perception Is EverythingTop Story - November 2023
Life is not easy for any of us, for one persons mountain, could be another persons mole hill and visa versa. When dealing with individuals who choose to place the value of monetary wealth over the value of people, I feel incredible pity. No matter what situation you may find yourself in, it is up to you to decide, how that situation, whether good, or bad, will effect you.

Healing Mental Illness
In order to truly implement change, we must start in our own community, and branch out. The population of those who suffer from mental illness is growing, and will continue to do so until it is truly recognized as an issue that is in dire need of help. I implore you to take action in this regard, so those who do in fact suffer from mental illness, whether it be something such as depression, or something like schizophrenia, or autism, we all suffer from to some extent. I firmly believe that mental illness is not an isolated incident that only a percentage of the population suffer from, it is something that is spurred on by drug use, abuse, neglect, violence, and all sorts of things which fragment the mind and cause people to develop what are very often, unhealthy coping mechanisms.

Embrace Your Weakness, Make It Your Strength
I have struggled with mental illness for a large part of my adult life, and even since before then, as a child, I still suffered from mental illness. I began doing research after my wife passed away, into the impact which sound has on mental illness, and in my initial findings, i came across a frequency known as ILF or Infra Low Frequency. I have utilized this frequency for the past 5 years to mitigate the symptoms and impact of mental illness, and have had astonishing results in my experience. I have much more energy and a much greater focus than I have ever had, utilizing this frequency in collaboration with the solfeggio frequencies, I have nearly eradicated the symptoms which I used to suffer from.

The State of Things
We live in a world, that is constantly changing, and growing, and advancing at a rate, that continues to astonish. There is not a whole lot of time to adapt to these changes, since the pace at which things are changing is faster, than it has ever been in the past. I have realized that if I want something in this world, and I want it bad enough, I will work my hardest to achieve whatever that goal may be.

Self Actualization
Always know your strong, even on days where you feel weak, there is only one of who you are, remember, you are unique. Pave your path, take the road less travelled, don't follow the crowd, follow what you wish to do, and be humble, as well as virtuously proud.
