My Quarantine playlist for feels and freedom
There has been an assortment of feelings throughout this whole ordeal of the Coronavirus. Our lives have been changed to live through this part that has made a devastating impact in our history. We have time to be at home now, and we have to find ways to preoccupy ourselves. There's only so much movies and TV to binge and distract. Most of the creators I've been keeping contact with have said that music has been the biggest benefactor to keeping a positive mental headspace to be at peace. I'd have to agree, because it's been a big part of my quarantine routine. To find new songs or listen to ones I have with a new respect for how it parallel to my situation and I never noticed til I had the time to sit down and understand it from a different viewpoint.

Modern artists that need to be on your feed
1. Happy Fluff Comics by Akshara Ashok You ever see the show Girls? Raw realism and cringe truths about female problems. This woman en-captures that perfectly. She makes relatable humorous comics of dealing with dating scene and all those awkward moments. She does numerous comics about the pains of periods. Trivial and annoying things that happen to women, she tells perfectly. But besides the comedic comics she has done. The part of her comics that had me connected, was her personal confessions through her comics that talk about body issues or depression. It's hard to explain to someone what exactly is happening. She's gone on to explain her mental health problems with and how hard it was to have someone understand. As someone who has struggled with having the voice to convey what has drained my brain from all forms of mental health as well, I found comfort in that. She's advocating self-love one little comic at a time.

Is Love, Death, + Robots, the key to small story success?
Animation has always expanded in quality, style, storytelling, and inspiration. But there has never been a series that could do all of that at the same time. A thought that wasn't possible until Netflix released Love, Death, + Robots.

To give an Extension of Friendship
When I We all face this invisible crossroads with a comrade. If it's the friend from the past to the present that has always been a prominent person in our life. If it's someone in the present that was an acquaintance or a casual friend, and eventually became a steady friend with hopes it could be a wonderful friendship apart of our timelines. Either side of the spectrum, new or not. It doesn't change that something changed or became noticed that makes the re-considering of that extension of friendship.

The Unique Start of Emily Kinney
This lovely lady got her startup in stardom by playing Beth Greene on AMC's the Walking Dead. Prior to her time on the show, she already had musical talents that were yet to be discovered by an audience. Now in-between her acting roles on TV shows and movies, she'll shell out a new song or an album for her long awaited audience to enjoy.

The eerie ambiance of Flash In The Night
I found this song recently on an 80s compilation playlist playing while I was doing my last YouTube video before bed. My tastes primarily in finding songs that weren't on my retro radar. I was intrigued to see what I could find. When the song was next on the list, I was instantly hooked just by the sample of the song. It was the one song that stuck out the most above all the others, I bought it on iTunes the next day. Throughout the day I kept listening to it over and over again, captivated by a song with a supernatural story behind it.

The struggles with maintaining an online presense
It is a unique routine we have with social media to be entertained or become the entertainers. The latter of that, is what is appealing, to see all these people become their own celebrity without Hollywood makings. It's like seems to be easy to achieve that fame. New people are discovered everyday and seem to live the dream of just showing their life and antics as a job. We watch to see how we can also achieve that same ideal. But it can't happen to everyone as easy as we think. I would know, I've been trying for ten years to make an online presence. It hasn't stopped me but I had to find exactly how and why I wanted an online presence.

Why In The Line Of Fire is an important film
First time I put on In the line of Fire, I didn't take it into comprehension or have the interest of how intelligent this film is. I mostly just put it on for my mother to watch, and then disregarded the film. Years later, when I decided to watch it with the interest I didn't have before. To sit down and comprehend most of the dark material or serious political subject matter. It became one of my favorite films. When I did my research for the production on the film, I found a couple reasons why this is a underrated gem among the other movies. I won’t reveal too many of the important plot details to keep the intrigue to tell.

Is Junji Ito just "gross" horror?
I happened to purusing through YouTube to find some Junji Ito stories to read, and I found this video about how overrated Junji Ito was, I was fair and I watched the video on his stance. The main point was that his work was just "gross". I could understand the fact because of most of Junji Ito's work does involve some uncomfortable moments of what happens to someone, a terrifying transformation, or an unfathomable demise to a character. As a fan of Junji Ito's I immediately was on the fence about this argumentative fact, but I am a neutral person, I see this from both sides.
