Walking Barefooted
We acknowiedge with gratitude that most of us grow up in stable, happy homes, with our parents extolling the virtue of humility reminding us too often to be grateful for what we have. Hence, most of us would respond with polite salutations to relatives, especially those older than ourselves.

Bear Hugs
Each of us must know someone who doesn't quite know how to say "I love you," be it a spouse or parent. Coming from Asia, where people have this tendency, a lack of expression of feeling is a norm for some.
