Back to the Jungle? Three Possible Directions for Another 'Jumanji' Sequel
When a sequel to the 1995 hit comedy Jumanji was first announced in August, 2015, fans were unimpressed. Many believed that the timing of the announcement was in poor taste, coming close to the first anniversary of the death of Robin Williams, the much loved star of the original film. Though people began to warm to the idea somewhat, they became sceptical once more when it was revealed that the new Jumanji would be an old video game, rather than the board game seen in the first film.

Is the World Ready for More 'Monkey' Magic?
In 1979, Monkey (known as 'Monkey Magic' to many fans), a much-loved Japanese adaptation of the 16th century Chinese novel Journey To The West, premiered to Western audiences. The series quickly became a hit, and remains a cult classic. A number of remakes and reboots and twists on the story have been attempted over the years, but none have quite matched the success of the original—except for maybe the Dragon Ball anime franchise, which itself began as a loose adaptation of Journey To The West.

Whittaker, who is best known for her work on Broadchurch with new Doctor Who show-runner Chris Chibnall and former Doctor David Tennant, is the first woman to take on the role. While this was seen as a controversial casting decision by some, for the most part, fans have accepted their new Doctor with open arms.

Negotiations Are Underway for the Return of 'Rugrats', and It May Be the Real Deal This Time
It has been an exciting time for fans of 90's era Nickelodeon. Beginning with the launch of 90's programming block, The Splat, it has continued with a growing list of TV specials based on classic Nickelodeon programs. 2017 saw the release of the long-awaited Hey Arnold!: The Jungle Movie, to great acclaim from fans, and in 2018, the one-hour special Rocko's Modern Life: Static Cling will be released. A special based on Invader Zim is also on the way, as well as the Nicktoons movie, described as a Who Framed Roger Rabbit? style film that will feature all the most loved Nicktoons of the 90's coming together for an epic adventure.

'The Walking Dead': Who Will Inherit Carl's Comic Book Storyline?
Fans of The Walking Dead received a shock in Season 8's mid-season finale, "How It's Gotta Be," when it was revealed that Carl Grimes, the son of series protagonist Rick Grimes, had been bitten in the torso by a Walker. Some fans are clinging to the hope that Carl will miraculously survive, it doesn't look good. A bite in the area that Carl's is has always been a death sentence.

'Doctor Who': Fans Claim the Thirteenth Doctor's Outfit Is "Not Flattering Enough"
The outfit that Jodi Whittaker will wear when she takes over the Tardis as the Thirteenth Doctor has been revealed, and just like the reveal of the new Doctor as a woman, has divided fans. While the outfit is just as quirky as you'd expect from The Doctor, including plenty of throwbacks to the costumes of Doctor's past, some Whovians have complained that it is not "flattering" enough for the character's new female form.
