What if you’re not broken,

.

They just left you vulnerable and open,

.

The old you exists as an intact shell,

.

And if you stepped back in,

.

Who would be able to tell?

.

.

.

An Insight:

Surviving through emotional events in life can be exhausting, and leave you questioning if you don’t belong in your current surroundings.

What if you don’t belong there?

This question was what I challenged myself with one day whilst journaling, and actually it was eye opening.

Why can’t you step back into that woman you were before?

Before you lost someone, before you lost that job, before you moved away…

I think answering these questions could be the perfect way to reconnect with yourself, understand how you’ve grown, and weed out things that are hindering your growth.

Life is a journey.

The bends in your roads shouldn’t render you lost.
