Crackers and Salmon

In Grandpa’s kitchen, secrets gleam,

Where tales of taste and salmon stream.

On crackers, a favored perch,

As salmon and crackers, sweetly merge.

From his childhood creation days to now,

The tradition lives, as Grandpa takes a bow.

For in simplicity, true magic dwells,

With each crispy bite, a tale it tells.

A cuisine is created as a sheer delight.

With each cracker, a treasure bright,

Why settle for a plain bread base?

When a tasty cracker adds such grace.

Its crunchy texture is a joy to find,

To create a snack so refined.

In Grandpa’s hands, magic spins,

As he crafts these edible wins.

Layer by layer, with love imbued,

A masterpiece is created, as magic is pursued.

A Grandpa’s childhood secret is now revealed,

As more than a tasty snack, concealed.

It's a legacy of love, shared anew,

With each savory bite, a memory is true.

So, why settle for ordinary fare,

As Grandpa combines a cracker and salmon into a perfect pair?

With each bite, his childhood story unfolds,

To deliver a snack that is tasty and bold.
