A Broken Mind
.
Devoid of direction, denouncing devils, I dream of daisies while desiring darkness.
Incapacitated, I earnestly idolize idiots, identifying idioms, extrapolating ideas, inherently impatient.
Swimming strangely, suffering severe shifts, shockingly subversive, situational splits.
Trying to take, trying to task, troubling technique, theoretical trash.
Routing out reason, racing through rubble, reading and writing, wait, no that’s wrong.
Acting on Impulse, abandoning facts, ability, and acceptance, arguably absent I-
Crash. Caution, I clamor, cease these curious thoughts, cartoonishly corrupting, creating chaos.
Take a beat, trust, tenuous thoughts, turn over truths, take, take, take.
I’m lost. Ignoring illness, I imagine impossible improvement.
Obstacles, oddities, occur on obsession.
Now, now, wait.... what was that?

I love the almost-tautogram styling of this...your wonderfully woven words and that spectacularly distracted ending!
Wow. You took it to a whole different level. Particularly liked the distracted ending.💙Anneliese
