COVERT-19

THE WAR OF THE NATIONS

In 2019, the stage was set for Russia to gain world supremacy playing chess not checker with the nations of the world, after the leaders viewed H. G. Wells' 1953 film "The War of the Worlds".

After the movie, the leaders began conceiving a plan to enhance Russia's power position building on the operation, code-named Project Lakhta, that tampered with the United States presidential election, harming the campaign of Hillary Clinton, boosting the candidacy of Donald Trump, and increasing political and social discord in the United States. With a foothold in the American government from the rigged election, and nursing an environment of trust between the two powers. With some of the American leaders being so gullible and naive, the Russians realized it was the perfect time to launch a plan to take the top power position in the world by weakening all the other nations.

After several days of discussion, a plan began to develop from the film. The group was told of a discovery in one of their test facilities. The leaders sent for the man that made the discovery Mikhail Teplov, one of Russia's leading physician-scientist and immunologist serving as the director of Russia's Academy of Medical Sciences. Mikhail is a good friend of Anthony Fauci the American physician-scientist and immunologist serving as the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) since 1984 and chief medical advisor to the President. The two men meet at the 2014 World Health Summit in Berlin.

Mikhail stood in front of the group and asked, "May I ask, why you sent for me?

Sacha Bezobrazov a top leader said, "We heard you discovered a virus and we would like to know more about it."

"The virus that is very contagious and could be easily spread from person to person mainly through the respiratory route," replied Mikhail.

Fyodor Averin asked, "What type of virus is it? And is it deadly?"

"Coronavirus. It's very deadly," replied Mikhail.

Gleb Volikov asked, "What are the symptoms?"

"Fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, headache, loss of taste or smell, and several other symptoms," replied Mikhail.

Xenik Petrov asked, "We are more interested in the possibility of death."

Mikhail said, "This is a very deadly disease that will spread rapidly and leave a large death toll."

Sergei Yubkin asked, "Are there any preventions."

"Preliminary test has proven the airborne virus cannot be transmitted if a person is standing six feet away. My group laughed, after this discovery," replied Mikhail.

Ustin Lapunov asked, "Why?"

"In London in 1665 there was a plague called Black Death. At death a person was buried six feet underground to ensure the plague would not resurface; thus, we still bury people at a six feet minimum today. When we found out the virus had a six feet minimum, it reminded us of the burial rule," replied Mikhail.

"You didn't mention a cure. An airborne virus can get out of control," said Sacha.

Mikhail said, "Yes. I have a cure. We could administer the cure very rapidly if needed."

Yuri Kharlamov asked, "What would be the easiest method to expose the virus to the people?

"I would place it inside an edible item or animal," replied Mikhail.

"So, animals can catch and spread this virus like humans?

"Yes. This virus is very contagious," replied Mikhail.

Kostya Golubtsov asked, "How would you expose the virus to edible items or animals."

"Injected into a food item or animal," replied Mikhail.

Mikhail looked around the room as the questions stop. The leaders began whispering among themselves, pleased with the answers given by Mikhail.

Sacha surveyed the room then asked, " Does anyone else have any questions for Mikhail?"

There was no response, so Sacha assumed all the leaders were pleased with the presentation. He looked a Mikhail and said, "Thank you. We will contact you very soon if we can find a use for your discovery."

The scientist politely excused himself from the room. The leaders began pondering the various possibilities of a strategic rollout. After hours of deliberation, there was a consensus the virus should be rolled out in a large nation.

It had to be a place in a country with a large population, military, economy, and transportation system.

After the discussion, Gleb Volikov said, "China checks all of the boxes."

Sacha asked, "Why?"

"Base on two books I read by a guy named Dean Koonz. titled “The Eyes of Darkness” one in 1981 another in 1989. I compared the books to determine the changes. In the 1981 edition, a virus “Gorki-400” was developed outside of “Gorki Leninskiye, in Russia by Russians. In the 1989 edition, China developed a virus known as Corona Virus or Wuhan-400. It was called Wuhan-400 because it was developed in Wuhan, to be used in the future as a weapon to disturb future economic imbalance of world powers or control the population. The only difference between Wuhan-400 and Mikhail's virus is Mikhail's affects both humans and animals. This opportunity has been presented to us by the vision of an imaginative American writer," replied Gleb.

Sacha said, "Please elaborate."

After reading the two editions, I wanted to know why he changed the outbreak point. Wuhan is the largest city in the Hubei Province with a population of over 11 million. It is a major transportation hub, with dozens of railways, roads, and expressways to other major cities. Wuhan checks all the boxes to be an ideal place for a virus outbreak, and an easy unsuspecting target.

"I see your point," said Sacha."

"Everyone familiar with the two editions of The Eyes of Darkness is going say Koonz predicted the outbreak. The 1981 edition blamed us. The 1989 edition blamed China," said Gleb.

"You are a genius. That is a brilliant plan. Does everyone agree?" asked Sacha.

There was a consensus in the room; therefore, Wuhan China was selected as the outbreak point.

The specific place was a Wuhan's live animal market, administered by syringes in December of 2019.

In the lab, Mikhail had an uneasy feeling the leaders were planning something sinister with the virus. He copied the cure in a Little Black Book, preventing the overhead cameras from witnessing his actions. The private copy would ensure a cure available to the world, to combat a worldwide outbreak. He hid the book amongst some papers he was reading, as he entered the restroom. Inside the restroom, he stuffed the book in his right sock. He exited the restroom continuing to read the papers. He was quickly approached by two guards who watched him take the papers into the restroom on the overhead cameras.

Guard 1said, "Paper are not authorized in the restroom. You should have left the papers in your work area."

"I am sorry, I was consumed with the findings of the experiment. I forgot to leave them," replied Mikhail.

Guard 2 asked, "Can I see the papers."

Mikhail said, "Trust me, you will not be able to understand what is written. The papers have many complicated mathematical formulas that will look like a foreign language."

Guard 2 said, " That may be true, but I would like to see the papers."

Mikhail gave the papers to Guard 2 and he scanned the papers. He looked at the formulas and agreed with Mikhail. He returned the papers and the guards walked away.

Returning to his work area, Mikhail could see Sacha walking towards him. He composed himself, expecting an uncomfortable meeting.

Sacha said, "Make a vat of the virus right now. We would like to test its' effectiveness."

Mikhail knew Sacha was going to use the virus in a bad way. The last time he was approached was to retrieve some poison for Putin. Mikhail thinks Putin will use it on Alexei Anatolievich Navalny, the opposition leader that challenges the leadership of Putin.

Sacha waited intently for Mikhail to construct the vat. He either makes the vat or could possibly be killed. After giving the vat to Sacha, Sacha thanked him and walked away. At the end of the day, Mikhail left the facility, after being frisked as usual, with the Little Black Book in his right sock, pondering what the leaders plan to do for the virus. When he got home, went to his bedroom and sat on the edge of the bed near his bedside table. He pulled out his cell phone and called his good friend Anthony Fauci.

"Hey my friend," said Anthony.

"Hey, there my friend. I need to see you."

"What's on your mind? It sounds serious."

"It's something I cannot discuss on the phone. Can I meet you somewhere?"

" If you really need to see me I'll make arrangements to do so."

"Can we meet in Anchorage? Alaska Saturday the 9th? I have something to give you."

"Yes. Where?"

"Do you have something to write with?"

"Yes."

"Let's meet at Hotel Captain Cook. It's located at 939 W 5th Ave, Anchorage, AK 99501. The phone number is (907) 276-6000. I'll call you when I arrive and we'll meet in the lobby."

"Got it. "

" Thank you, my friend. I'll see you there. Bye," said Mikhail

"Bye."

Mikhail was unaware his phone was tapped. His conversation was recorded and given to the leaders. Sacha contacted Putin to inform him of the call. Putin told Sacha, Mikhail suspects we are going to do something with the virus. If he asks for the weekend off, you know what you have to do."

"Who would you like to clean up this mess?" asked Sacha

"To make sure, I would suggest you use the "Lord" Ramza Kadyrov," replied Putin.

"Ramza commands a high price."

"What is his new going rate?"

"$16,000."

"Give him $20,000. The unexpected amount will let him know this is an important job. Give him half upfront and the other half when the job is done."

"Ok!"

After talking with Putin, Sacha made a call to the Lord. Fortunate for Sacha, Ramza answered the phone. Ramza is normally a very busy man. In the world of a top Russian mafia hitman, there is always someone seeking your service or someone becoming a victim of your service. When the call came in, the two men talked briefly in code and a contract was established to possibly do a job on the 9th of November. $10,000 was sent to a private Chechen bank account. Ramza could see the money deposited into the account. He would need a numerical code from Sacha to release the money. Ramza was told at completion, another $10,000 will be sent to the account with the code.

The first week of November Mikhail worked as usual with Sacha keeping a close eye on him. On Friday the 8th of November 2019, Sacha was hoping he would not hear anything from Mikhail. Mikhail is a brilliant scientist and it would be a shame for Russia to lose such a magnificent mind. Every hour was excruciating to Sacha hoping Mikhail would not ask for days off. Unfortunately, the call came and Mikhail requested the weekend to himself. Mikhail was granted his wish, and Ramza was activated. From the recorded call, Sasha wanted the hit in Anchorage. Being the skilled hitman, Ramza took the life of the cab driver and Mikhail with the Little Black Book with on his person; two miles from the Anchorage Airport (ANC). Anthony Fauci waited for a phone call that he never received. He was baffled as to why his friend never called, why he chose to meet him in Anchorage, and what he wanted to give him. Anthony made a call to Mikhail's cell phone and the service had been terminated. The next day he flew home still pondering why he had not heard from his good friend.

Upon his return to Chechnya, Ramza received the remaining balance of his payment.

The outbreak of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) was first reported on December 31, 2019, in Wuhan, China.
