Rice Toner
I know I am not alone in my struggles in finding the perfect products for my face. Our faces are one of the first things people we meet notice, and so we can all be rather paranoid about the condition of our faces, and justly so. Even if you are a person who honestly does not care how other people think of them there is never any harm in looking good for yourself or even just caring about taking care of your body.
Christina HammondPublished 6 years ago in BlushHow I Treat My Acne
A Little Backstory... As I hit puberty, my skin went crazy. It seemed as though every time my skin would start to clear up, more acne would appear. I have always had a bad habit of squeezing and picking at it whenever I'm stressed, which turns what was just a small pimple into a permanent scar on my face. Up until about two years ago, I don't think I had ever treated my skin nicely, explaining why it wasn't nice back.
Why This Isn't Just Your Average Red Lip...#Fenty
2017 couldn't be a better time for inclusivity! There have been so many new beauty trends that have hit the scenes this year. From Pat McGrath's blinding skin illuminators, to au-naturale Korean beauty skin care routines, to incredible magnetic face masks, there are numerous innovations that send consumers running to their nearest Neiman Marcus or Sephora.
Evan OvertonPublished 7 years ago in BlushMy Morning Skincare Routine
After brushing my teeth and showering, my morning skincare routine starts off with a face wash. I've been using the Neutrogena Visibly Clear 2-in-1 Wash & Mask for a couple of weeks now and I'm really enjoying it. This 2-in-1 face wash and mask is especially effective at clearing excess oil and removing harmful bacteria which can lead to spots and skin imperfections. In the morning, I apply a small amount to my wet face before working it into a lather and massaging it into my skin, using circular motions, for about 20 seconds. Then, I rinse my face with warm water. This product is great for those on a budget, have oily skin and/or are prone to spots and blemishes, as the product can be used also as a mask. In the past, I have used the product as a mask—after leaving it on the face for a quick five minutes, the skin is noticeably clearer and smoother to the touch. The mask promises to unclog pores and purify deep down.

Maybe I should wear makeup. I never thought I needed it, but I feel you don't like what you see. Maybe I should pick up a brush and create something new. Would I be enough for you with paint on my face and pink powder on my cheeks? Would I be the kind of girl you'd show off to your friends if I wore more feminine clothes covered in flowers and lace? If my hair were longer, if I had a straight smile, if I flipped my hair back every time I laughed, would I be pretty then?

Beth WhitePublished 7 years ago in BlushBest Hair Products for People with Short Hair
I'll admit it, having short hair is literally the best. It doesn't get caught on anything, it's quick and easy to style, and it's simply easy to maintain. It doesn't matter what type of hair you have, curly, wavy, or straight. Any type of short hair can be managed with the right products. But what are the proper products?
Rachel BlanchardPublished 7 years ago in BlushChristmas Red Lipstick
Red is the color that adds flare to any outfit, any season, any event. Flare is something that tends to make you feel more energetic and alive. It really can bring life into a makeup look that helps you feel ready for anything you have planned. I think red lipstick is great this Christmas holiday season. Red lipstick has a wonderful, energizing look and feel that can add a great pop of color you need, even when you don't know you need it. At least, that is what I have experienced wearing red lipstick. So, is this the season of red?

Kati RileyPublished 7 years ago in BlushHate Nail Polish? Try Press-On Nails
I love having pretty nails. They're an instant way to make me feel more glamorous and put together. But, I hate the process of waiting for nail polish to dry and every time I get acrylics, I take them off way too soon. You see, I love having long, beautiful nails, but I also love the functionality of my short stubby fingers. I can't type, clean, or cook well if I constantly have long nails, so I always end up removing them. This brings me to press-on nails.
