Natural ways to increase your energy levels
Recently, I started to feel really tired, no matter how much sleep that I got. There were days when I just couldn't keep my eyes open, and would need something like an energy drink to get me through. Not so I had extra energy, just so that I could stay awake. I wasn't sure what was going on. There was a time when I didn't need a lot of sleep to feel like I had a lot of energy. I would go to sleep for at least 8 hours, but still feel like going through the day was a struggle.

Struggles with the school system
I never liked school as a kid. I was just trying to get through it so I didn't have to go back. Once I was out, I never wanted to go back. I figured my struggle with the entire school system was over. However, I didn't factor in when I had children and the fact that I would enter an entirely new struggle.

Is tracking your food good or bad?
Over the years, counting calories have gotten such a bad reap. "Once you have to start counting calories, it takes away from the joy of eating," someone has said. People say that you can't have joy, or eat mindfully, if you are counting calories.

Can a foodie still save money?
I have always loved to cook. I find a lot of joy in it, and it calms me down. I love trying new things, and so I am always trying new recipes. For a while, I rarely made the same recipe more than once. Mainly because I have so many new recipes that I want to try, and every time that I cook I like to try a new thing. I can not draw, and so cooking is my creative outlet in many ways that helps calm my mind down.

My 5:30 am routine for success
Last year, not working, I got into a routine that wasn't that productive for my life. However, at the same time I wasn't doing anything, and so I could wake up whenever to get things done. I would still wake up early. I've always been an early riser naturally. However, I got into a bad habit of scrolling on my phone right away. So I would find myself scrolling for so long right after I would wake up. It's not a good habit to get into. It's also not very productive, and sets up your day to not be very productive.

Dealing with depression and anxiety when you are alone
When you live alone and you are single, you most likely spend a lot of time on your own. After the pandemic, more and more people work from home. That can be a great thing in many ways. However, you also might find that you go long periods of time without talking to anyone. Or maybe you just go periods of the time without having any real conversation with anyone. If you are dealing with anxiety and/or depression, then it can be really hard to get through it when you are alone all the time. For me, it's a struggle at times to not let myself go deeper and deeper down in the hole.
