Music] We're going to discover how to breathe to the side while swimming your freestyle in today's video, which is hosted by nisha millet, an Indian Olympian for the Decathlon. We've learned how to kick, float, and move our arms. How do you tie all of that together and practise side breathing? The reason we breathe sideways is that if you had to raise your head every time you needed to inhale, your legs would sink and you wouldn't be streamlined and floating in the water. By doing this, you would automatically maintain your momentum and move forward much more quickly. So how do I do that?
