Album Review: Glasses Malone – 'Beach Cruiser'
Glasses Malone’s debut album, Beach Cruiser, was originally scheduled to come out in 2006; however, numerous setbacks and label changes kept the album from seeing the day of light for a long time. Finding a home at Suburban Noize Records, Malone has finally released the album to masses, who were anxious to see how it would turn out. So was it worth the wait? Jobs of the FutureTop Story - December 2018
Let's look at jobs that may be created 25 years from now: 1. Euthanasia Specialist: Before I continue, may I remind people that I neither condone or condemn euthanasia. In fact, I lean more towards the condemnation side. Understand that I'm just the messenger. I'm merely forecasting the jobs I see coming to humanity, whether they be good or evil. As explained in my Hub Death Culture, mainly due to the demographics of an aging population across North America and Europe, I unfortunately have to seriously consider that euthanasia businesses may be the biggest entrepreneurial prospect in the near future. The only thing stopping this train from coming is laws. Laws that I don't expect to hold or last. Where there’s entrepreneurial opportunity, you can bet the jobs will certainly follow.

The Gonski Report: Allowing Teachers to Teach (Pt. 1)
The Gonski Report looks at recommendations for the future funding of education in Australian schools. Most of the recommendations have to do with the politics of funding and the need for more investment in staffing and facilities, but perhaps a more significant statement is the one paraphrased here. “The panel accepts that resources alone will not be sufficient to fully address Australia’s schooling challenges and achieve a high-quality, internationally respected schooling system. The new funding arrangements must be accompanied by continued and renewed efforts to strengthen and reform Australia’s schooling system." Our schools need $5 billion. Will they get it? As a result of the Gonski Report the Australian government is about to throw lots of money at the perceived problems in the Australian education system. If the money goes towards more teacher training or infrastructure, then the real problems may be left unaddressed.
