Everything appears calm, safe and sound. But then it comes. It comes as a wave and hits you hard like a tsunami. Your stomach with a menacing growl. Panic sets in. The process of life you go through is literally a struggle -- you need to locate the restroom, and you have to do it soon. It is a situation that, while doing so, can spoil even the best of days, until something so innocent and ordinary turns into a competition against the clock. And you might feel like there is no tangible cause to the baffling, sudden need to run to the loo. Is it some food you ate or maybe it has got a hidden issue with your health or is it stress that has started to surface?
