Decluttering

It is never too simple

this is best, I am thinking

watching videos with people

~

I can do three days

today's first assignment - get rid of 10 items

shouldn't be difficult she says!

Don't stop until it's in the trash or comes

with a price tag or is gifted, don't forget

we are not done until this is set!

~

My bathroom was partially done

and I have kept it that way, so I won!

I used to have someone clean and I

had to have the counter clear and why?

So she would clean without clutter

I could never leave it or she would utter

these words. "No counter cleaning today"

and I would say okay, next time will be the day!

~

Clutter is not new to me

I am determined to be

clutter-free for my children

and grandchildren

for when I leave this life, yes

I don't want to leave a mess
