The Family Barn
The barn. An old place that his Dad had loved since childhood. But, Cyrus couldn't bring himself to entirely like it. As the place was more full of painful memories than good ones. Ones that were unintentionally caused by a former babysitter, Aunt Celeste, and her visit over the Summer. She was his Dad's big sister if he remembered it right. She would bring him out to the barn with his friends and the other kids from the neighborhood. Having them play hide and seek.

Cage Sweet Cage
Around six months or so later, they were as far away from his old home as possible. Deep, deep, deep into the woods of some mountain with no neighbors for miles. Or at least that's what it looked like. From the few times he'd gotten a look out of the windows to the outside.

Unwanted Amore
The first red flag was the fact his door was unlocked. Despite knowing that he had locked it that morning. Then there was the soft classical music playing when he came in. Which was something that he knew that he absolutely hated. Alex reached into his pants pocket for his pepper spray. Cursing the fact that he didn't have his phone with him. As it had been lost for a couple of months ago. Right around the time that he started getting weird little gifts.

The Little Secret
Rhea stared at her bank's balance on her phone for the fifth time in an hour. Thinking that maybe it was a glitch in the system. That the numbers on it weren't the actual numbers in her account. And that she'd just been pranked by a total stranger. The numbers would change back to their normal amount as soon as she refreshed the page. But, it didn't. There were twenty thousand dollars in her checking account as plain as day. Enough to pay her rent, her bills, and anything else that she needed. Whatever she desired. So long as she did as the man who had gifted her the money told her to. Such as writing everything that she had that day into the black book he'd mailed her two weeks prior to the deposit.

What I'm Thankful For
I’m thankful for the life that I have. It’s not always great. I’ve had great struggles keeping myself calm and collected. But for the most part, I’m doing the best I can. And that’s really all that I can ask of myself. I’m always going to keep trying to be better than I am now. Though my life has love, support, and mostly everything I need.

Along With The Divine
The last thousand of years together felt like a blur. One of them saving a small portion of humanity while the other damned it. Now and then, she would preform her own special little miracle just for the demoness. Dooming some poor soul to Hell while her frien-the demoness blessed someone. Giving them more luck than they admittedly deserved. They did a lot of things together that either of their sides would not approve of if they had ever knew. Yet, neither the angel or demoness really seemed to care all that much. It wasn’t as if either side had kept their watchful eye on them.

The Emerald Problem
Before him sat the radio system. The buttons on it flashing in quick succession as he watched them. How long had it been since he spoke to another person? Just how long had it really been? Elliot wasn’t entirely sure anymore. But it didn’t matter. After all, he wasn’t lonely. Why in the entire world would he need to speak to anyone else for? At least that’s what he kept telling himself. That he wasn’t the least bit lonely.

The Three Brothers
This wasn't how it was supposed to go. Things were never to turn out as horribly as they had. But here they were. All three of them in the deepest part of the woods surrounding the eldest brother's home. Oldest brothers digging a giant hole in the ground for a man that had attempted to break in. For what, he wasn't entirely sure of.
