An Experiment With AI
Introduction
In this story, I use two forms of AI, one for the picture and one for the music, which features the poem as a dark metal song. The words and writing are all mine and I will never let AI encroach on my words.
I will write it as a villanelle and see how the song generator copes with that. The song is only a minute long but is suitably metal, but more Death Metal than the Black Sabbath Metal that I wanted.
I know this will lose me more friends and subscribers but AI is a tool that can be used sparingly, but not for creative writing, except maybe to generate ideas.
This is for my friend Dharrsheena who will hopefully love this (though possibly not the music).

Change is our only constant, and it behoves us to be adaptable, especially in these trying times. Dinosaurs, like all reptiles, could adjust their lifestyles to meld with changing circumstances. They could camouflage, had the tools necessary to help them with shifting circumstances and were quite ready to do what was necessary to survive.

I FREAKING LOVED THIS SOOOOO MUCHHHHHH!!! I especially loved the line, "we now bear secrets we cannot tell". There's so much depth to it. I'm not at home now and it's noisy here so I can't listen now. I'll listen to it once I'm back home!
Interesting experiment! I'm not too sure I will ever feel comfortable with any kind of AI, but I'm very glad you feel joy in experimenting with different tools and expanding your creativity! (Can't pass on pointing out the irony of the fact that your poem and AI cues were all about despair in darkness and expanding your creativity! I genuinely meant it, though x)
