​ Hey, I get it! It tastes sooo good! And you deserve it! Just a little treat. "I'll start my diet tomorrow", you say. . and tomorrow never seems to arrive. . This is a recipe for failure in many ways. .

​ It's indeed a mindset. You have to WANT to lose a few pounds and start eating healthy. It's too easy to continue on the pathway to diabetes. . the dreaded "DUNLAP'S" Disease (your belly done laps over your belt). .high blood pressure. . pants that don't fit anymore. . it's a crazy cycle of events that leads to poor health & complications.

​ One important change that I've seen here in Costa Rica with many of our friends and clients is that most everyone seems to have lost a little weight. They appear to be a bit skinnier around their midriff! They have a healthy glow about them and they are happier, more active and have a quality of life that a new car, a huge home or time spent at the expensive spa cannot give them. I keep in touch with many of our clients as they live their lives here in paradise and almost 100% of them tell me that EATING FRUIT is a very important part of their daily lives here. And the stains on their shirts prove it!

Between growing the fruit yourself and taking advantage of all of the FARMERS MARKETS that we have available to us seven days a week, there is not a doubt in my mind that you will follow in the footsteps of those that came before you and you'll begin to eat healthy. It will be a life-changing experience when you feel your clothes become loose. That will inspire you more to exercise. . Costa Rica is a perfect venue to recharge your life and make changes that will allow you to live longer & be happy! This is an integral part of the PURA VIDA LIFE!
